Try the simple stuff.... Take some canned air and blow out the flan on the bottom and see if it is pushing air... If not... then bingo your problem. They need to send these type of people to jail for a long long time. Many of the white collar crime folks that ruin hundreds of lives think of it as a victimless crime. Johnny J you are correct in that we have added lots of new people to the county. But wouldn't you have planned this and acted to ensure that things were in place as the train was coming in or let the train arrive and then built the platform for the people to get off on? I got my dads final closed out retirement check today.... it was for 12 cents. Now I have to send out checks for 3 cents each to my brothers and then enclose a bill for 39 cents for postage due.

I have cut a few homes in my SD that have been foreclosed on. I would rather it look lived in then not. But I can agree in complaining to the real estate agent or company. The funny thing is the neighbors that live next door to the worst house ignore the property. If I lived next to a house foreclosed I would at least mow the lawn. The mice, snakes and other animals would be half the reason to mow it.
