I've seen articles in on foreign papers' web sites questioning the accuracy of the reports of bin Laden's death. It's nothing new for this administration to keep so much hidden and unverifiable.

My post was on a separate thread that was discussing ONLY the timing of the president's announcement. One of the moderators thought it would be fun to merge that topic with this, making some of us look like fools. I have congratulated the troops in yet another thread that they did not merge.

Maybe Obama didn't come up with the timing of the announcement himself, but who here can tell me that once an aide suggested doing it during Trump's show, he wouldn't have seen it as perfect timing?

In the meantime, when they call, yell "It's them . . . quick, start the trace" Do that each time they call, adding something each time, like "another few calls and we'll nail him" etc. etc. -
A special election might be a little pricey, and could attract a slew of anti-sales folks. I say let's make sure it's on the next regularly scheduled election for the county and each of the cities!

If I understand the law right, we can't vote on it until the next regularly scheduled general election, which in Paulding will be in 2012.

It probably depends on your laptop. What make, model and operating system do you have? My Dell has an HDTV output, so I just connect that to one of the HDTV inputs on the TV and it's good to go. I don't understand why you would need a splitter to see 2 different screens. Settings in Windows take care of having either both the same or each different.

It's liquor sales, not just beer and wine. It remains to be seen if most liquor stores will be open on Sunday or not. Once it's passed in each location, the grocery/convenience stores won't have to block sales of beer and wine on Sunday.
