I think it should be tried in a military tribunal. It seems to me that the government is playing a dangerous political game with this by having a big, showy trial and possibly exposing US secret information. Gitmo detainees should never step foot on American soil imo. They should not be in American prisons exposing the general population to their radical views. This is very wrong and may even be a despicable design for the administration to deflect attention from their other questionable projects.

My older kid knows more about maintenance than I do. I taught him everything I could about emergency situations. Some things are impossible to prepare for or teach, you have to feel secure that they have enough common sense and good judgement to do the right thing. Experience is the best teacher. I sat in the passenger seat for many, many hours until I finally felt ok putting him on the road by himself.
