Could it be this person? He makes reference to the Atlanta area so he is in the region. http://www.facebook.com/#!/profile.php?id=1078542301 -
Beautiful house. The listing I found online shows a fantastic price! Hope it all works out for you and your family. Suggestion: Being on a lake, look into flood insurance. It's not very expensive.

You'd have to have your own professional appraisal done to be able to truly know the market value as opposed to the appraised value to protect yourself.

Drive a Honda minivan. Love it. We are a family of 6 and it hauls everything we need when we travel. Rear seat folds down flat and middle row captains chairs can be removed. It will then carry a 4x8 sheet of plywood flat with no problem.

I'm in Cobb. Ours dropped 18%. For the last 5 years the appraised value stayed the same.

From the point they start boiling in salted water, 16 minutes. Then rinse in cold water and let sit to cool. Sometimes I add a few ice cubes to the water to help them cool faster.

Sorry, this was a double post.

Rottentomatoes.com is a pretty good site for reviews. http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/marmaduke/ From their site: "Consensus: Dull and unfunny, Marmaduke offers family filmgoers little more than another round of talking animals and scatological humor." I had to look up the definition of "scatological" and found this on wikipedia: "Toilet humour, or scatological humour, is a type of off-colour humour dealing with defecation, urination, flatulence, vomiting and other bodily functions. Public reference to bodily functions is taboo in many cultures. This genre also sees substant

I never thought hair was battle worth waging with my teenage son. I felt like others, that as long as he did well in school and behaved himself he deserved freedom to choose his own style. In middle school he grew it down past his shoulder blades. In 9th grade he cut it into some emo style that swooped over one eye and barely touched his shoulders. By 10th grade he was ready for a more traditional cut and eased into a shorter style. By 11th grade he got very traditional haircuts and now likes to keep it short all over trimmed above his collar and over his ears. He can grow an almost full b

Bought a TomTom and hated it. Returned it within 3 days. Bought a Garmin. Really liked it. It's not perfect but it's pretty close. Now I have a smart phone and am just learning to use the navigation on it. Google maps seems easier than Sprint Navigation. I love the speech feature on the phone. I can say Target and it will map the nearest Target stores. I can dial them straight from those listings if I want.

Is there a way to fast forward through the news video? I'm not going to watch it all when I only want to see a certain segment.

Is this being held near the Dallas courthouse? I wish I could get out of the house before noon on a Saturday. I always miss these kinds of things.

The Sevin dust will help keep them out. Rake out the mulch about 2' from the base of the house all around and sprinkle a good line of it. I read that they migrate and it doesn't matter what is in their way (your house). They were getting into our basement and some made it upstairs. Our basement is very dry so they didn't last long in there. We also found out it's best NOT to step on them...they stink and leave stains on concrete.

I'm having mixed feelings now on honoring the "Honor" graduates at high school. If they can manipulate the system to get the title of valedictorian or salutatorian or be in the top 10% than the honor designation at graduation is not nearly as "honorable". It would take a bit of calculating the weight and value of courses to honor the truly best students as opposed to strictly using the GPA. Interesting reading from UGA and their admissions process can be found here: http://www.admissions.uga.edu/article/first_year_admission_criteria.html It's a lot to sort through. These pa

The few times I've seen them was after we cleaned out the gutters. I'm guessing they like to live in them or in the pine and mulch at the bottom.

Beautiful! Babies bring such joy.

My MIL also subscribes to Reminisce. I love that magazine! Anyone with relatives over 60 (maybe even over 50) should consider it when a gift is needed.
