Well, my husband just "lost" his insuarance through work. I shopped around, and found, what I feel, to be a GREAT policy, for our needs. It does have a high deductible ($3000), but, he gets 5 OV not subject to a deductible (which is about 5 more than he uses) We went with Coventry POS and it is 112.98 month.

There truly is a homeless man living in that area. He lives in a tent . One of my very good friends, and her friends drop of items and food for him regularly. This man does NOT have a white van, he travels by bicycle, I do believe.

Do you have tall trees all around your house, if so, you may not have enough draw? You can find out by taking a match, or lighter, and holding it in the firebox...if it gets "sucked" up the chimney, then you have good draw, if it isn't sucked up the chimeny, you need more draw. If you need more draw, this can sometimes be achieved by extending the chimney pipe up some.
