No, everyone makes errors, we all know that. "We" just want you to see that what you did wasn't the smartest thing to do, under the conditions. I see you placing the blame on the driver infront of you, however, in reality, a few weeks ago, there was (in my opinion) plenty of room for me to merge into traffic from a parking lot...when I went to do it, my truck moved into said road, then tires started spinning and truck "stopped"...I'm sure that person cussed me out for "pulling out infront of them"...bottom line, there was room until tires hit slick pavement, the wrong way (does that

Which is what she's saying~ no one "hates" you, per say, so, you are not getting the "wrath" like many "unliked" people on here would get (me, for example)
-
Obviously, no matter what anyone says, she does not see any wrong (or atleast won't admit it) in what she did. Thankfully, no one got hurt. Possibly the next time she decides to tape and her perfect driving skills elude her, if she wrecks or hits someone in the a$$ end, her tape can help produce her a ticket or two. Sometimes you just can't fix stupid

I guess we will have to agree to disagree. So, you NEVER took your eyes off the road to look at the camera and make sure you still had the camera pointed in teh proper direction? I have a hard enough time paying attention to the camera when trying to.... I still don't think it's safe, and whenever whoever posts the picture of him/her self signing songs, goofing off, I think that is crazy too. We ALL do careless things, I'll admit I do...however, sometimes, at the time we don't realize how careless they are. Hopefully, you will listen to what some are saying and not do it again

I have done this before on rain slick roads ~ once your "nose" is already out, you can't just stop, so you "nail it" to try and go. I think that what was done was crazy, however, there is someone else that video tapes themselves singing songs while driving, and I've always thought that was crazy too. If your taping, your not concentrating, but, that's just MHO.

12, yes, 12...in a 2 mile radius Sick, just sick

I heard that too ~ I wondered how on earth you go about stealing (and getting away with) a laptop...it's not like you can just slip it in your pocket

Well, the last "storm" we got, a few months ago, our mail didn't come for 2 days...

I think if they would have released early, and nothing happened (as does happen, 50% of the time )then people would have complained about that. I think they did the best they could under the "circumstances". Snow here doesn't normally fall like this, nor stick this fast. By the time it happpened it was too late, per say. I also think that no matter which way it went, or whatever scenerio was played out people would Bit$h about. You can't please everyone all the time . I think the school has done GREAT in trying to keep us informed about things...sometimes to the point of "anno

Are you my neighbor, cause my husband just pointed out the same thing happening at our house

If you were smart, you would NOT allow someone to take over payments, even family, while in your name. I would DEFINITLY not allow him to "use" "my" vehicle with the insurance in my name

Wellcare or PeachCare covered Orthodontists?
pcshopper replied to trumanrocks's topic in RECENT TOPICS
They only cover braces if it is medically necessary...not cosmetic. -
I kind of figured they didn't tack on the days to the "days off" because some parents would be PO'd and let their kids stay home. This way, all the kids HAVE to make up the time (unless parents are going to sign them out everyday at the normal time). Just my thought on the scenario. Honestly, it doesn't matter either way to me....

Yeah, I had one pull out infront of me yesterday at 120...I was in the middle of the intersection, he had a RED LIGHT/YIELD and pulled out infront of me needless to say, I was pissed...I'm sure he'll see this, as, he's on pcom

What is this, "Bash Law Enforcement Night"?!?!?

I'm lost on this one, but, I have great respect and several friends/family in the field. Personally, my take is that 9 times out of 10 a person "bashes" LEO because they (LEO) caught said basher doing something they should not have been doing -
There is also one on Colbert Road (just off of Bone Circle, which is 3 roads down from Abney)...
-
Great...they seem to be moving in all around Abney, don't they?

Is it better to go with a 6 or 12 month fixed rate?
pcshopper replied to brown*eyed*girl's topic in RECENT TOPICS
I locked in with GNG a few months ago, and it was only .799 therm. The CS charge is only $4.99. They will probably match any of the competitors rates to keep you. Walton was willing to meet the price per therm, but, not the CS charge. So, I switched. -
I'm surprised no one has started a topic about this? So, what are your thoughts on? This is to make up for the "inclimate weather" days.

A few years ago, I invested in the Graco Nautalus Car Seat...they are more expensive ($125 ish), but, the 5 point harness fits children up to 65 lbs, and the booster up to 100 lbs. My girls are 5 1/2 (but, small) and I still have them in the 5 point harness if we are going any distance.

Go to this link: http://www.sewitseamsga.com/customproducts.html there's a picture of the "angels" sweatshirt there..."Nana's Angels" eta: this isn't the acutal angel one, but, it gives you an idea...
-
Sew It Seams makes them. She can do them in "angels" or stick figures. She made me the angel one, but, I had my mom's made with stick figures, and both were absolutly adorable. I get comments on it whenever I wear it.

Gang activity fake emails reported in the p.com news
pcshopper replied to LPPT's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Yes, pretty much...it was specifically "tailored" towards P.C. cause I knew that snoopes wouldn't have worked (although, I never thought to snoop some of the underlying pieces...it was a duh moment -
