Many are speculating it is Allegiant Air. The have routes to a good # of cities. I don't understand why the Austin Administration isn't more transparent now that the deal is out. I am glad you brought the issue of the non disclosure agreement up, I have been thinking about this. If the AA was under Non disclosure agreement, it would perhaps appease a few people if they had stated that fact. As it appears now they just wanted to slip it through..
