LOL, at the Food Depot yesterday afternoon, there were quite a few 4 wheelers in the parking lot...

Unfortunately children being stuck on buses and potentially at school overnight is not just a Paulding problem or GA problem, plenty of schools throughout AL are dealing with this issue tonight.... this was apparently one of those storms that outsmarted the weathermen...

and to think that there are kids still stuck on buses6-7 hours later...... much better to be stuck at school...

What-- 1/2 the teachers and 15-20% of the students at Allgood Elementary are still at the school. Similar results are probably realized at many schools--- snark! Should be no prob having school tomorrow.. I hope that is just wrong.. Its not going to be much better tomorrow.

They were beginning to cook dinner for the 130+ kids at Allgood a little while ago.

over 100 kids are stuck at Allgood Elementary right now..

We live near Allgood Elementary and hubby just got bacl from checking to see if they needed anything. 1/2 the teachers are there and about 130 students were still at the school. Parents were trickling in....

My question is--- Are there children at school still waiting for their parents to pick them up? Especially elementary students...

I worry about all the kids stuck at the schools waiting for parents to pick them up.

Had the garage open after kiddo came home school and was playing in the snow an a grackle flew in the garage and now is in the house. So I have 6 cats, 2 dogs one kid and one spouse chasing the bird thru the house...

OMG----- the SKY IS FALLING.... I must go to the grocery store immediately and buy $300 worth of bread, milk and snack foods and booze for a 24-36 hour event!!!!!

People I know as well as I say bring it on. Better to die fighting for freedom than to live enslaved! We are quickly coming to the point we have nothing to lose!

Problem is-- the elected and appointed officials do not care about the damage done nor will they fix it unless they are required to-- part of the reason there are all these lawsuits. Some of these people have been having conversation for years w/ County employees, appointed and elected officials and nothing has been done.. I hope that you and yours never has to experience this level of callousness. Sycophants are not excluded, ya know...
