I would love to be debt free, too, but not at the expense of the government, by giving my house back to them through foreclosure. I work hard to pay my bills, and, yes, we struggle, but we aren't taking the easy way out.

I don't understand if you have the money to build the new house--why don't you have the money to pay your house payment on the old house?

Our house sold the day we put it on the market, didn't even have a sign yet. We ended up closing on our house and then renting it back from the new owner until we built our house. Is that something you might be able to do with your buyer? We have a home that we want to sell that is like you describe, but it is in Paulding County district. It is in the $375,000 range.

Put poison out in your yard with a sign that says you poisoned it and that it can be dangerous to animals. If she still lets them in your yard then call animal control and tell them she is endangering her animals lives by letting them get in poison. -
I came by there a few minutes ago and saw all the emergency vehicles but couldn't tell anything about it. Lots of emergency vehicles!!!

If you have been following the story of the little boy who was hit by a tree branch, he is in emergency surgery right now with bacterial meningitis. Very life threatening --- Please pray and pass the word to everyone you know. -

We used to pick watermelons in the field where Chipper's neighborhood is. Great memories! My grandparent's house that they lived in is still there on Jones Rd, about half a mile up on the left from his neighborhood. It's a little brown house that sits on a hill. My family also owned all the property in Crabapple near Milton High School. It was one big cotton field back in the day. Speaking of ballers- Brian McCann lives somewhere near there, too. He and Chipper both have service agreements with our hvac company. -

Do you live in the same neighborhood Chipper lived in with his wife? All of the land on Jones Road used to belong to my family. -
I bought a beef tenderloin from Kroger---$8.99 a pound. I cut it into 8 filets which made them a little under $4.00 a piece. Will be cooking those along with a great salad with just about everything in it. Also bought crescent rolls for the kids and husband. I want to make a blackberry cobbler and ice cream for dessert. Guess I need to go to Sam's and see if they have any good blackberries. I learned a long time ago if you don't want to wait for around 2 hours not to go out on Valentine's Day.

I second the Mississippi Gulf Coast. A lot of history there, and only an hour drive to New Orleans. Your son can still see a lot of destruction left from Katrina. Granted, the water is not the cleanest looking, but the beaches have been redone totally in the Biloxi area, the restaurants are new, the mall has been totally redone, and they are trying to make everything look nice! The water is the same as the Florida and Alabama Gulf Coast and the beaches aren't nearly as crowded. A nice resort that you can look into is Inn by The Sea in Pass Christian. The beach ther -

My nephew was just diagnosed with Type 1 and while he was at the hospital being treated there was a man that told my brother in law to check out chiropractic for treatment. I researched and there are several articles on treatment but I was just wondering if anyone knew someone personally who had been treated for it.

I use a can of cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup with mine, instead of sour cream. It just makes the dip creamier, either one is good.

Has anyone with diabetes used chiropractic instead of insulin? If so, how has it worked for you, and would you recommend your chiropractor?

As a small business owner, I would prefer to train someone to our standards, which are quite high, by the way, than have someone at a trade school who might never have even done the type of work they are teaching their students. We would love to hire people who are willing to show up every day, don't do drugs, and are willing to learn! -
We want to go to Niagara Falls this year--possibly this spring, and don't know which is best- the US side or the Canada side. Where to stay, what to do and see?? Any advice is appreciated!

Who grew up with guns in the house?
tuscanytrailer replied to cookies are sweet's topic in RECENT TOPICS
We grew up with guns in the house. My dad was a Marietta policeman, and my mom was the best cook in Marietta. We would always have between 4 and 6 police eat dinner with us. They would take off their gun belt and holster and lay them on the sofa while they ate. There were 6 kids in my family, at the time ranging in age from 4 to 16. We knew not to touch the guns. Back then, a gun was respected, but not touched by a child. We also had hunting guns and bb guns. All four of us girls could shoot very well and my oldest brother was an avid hunter. My youngest brother could shoot, but he
