I honestly find the best foods for healthy eating, are the ones you don't cook. Fresh fruits and veggies ... I snack on em all day. Eating throughout the day keeps your metabolism up, vs the 3 big meals that only encourage weight gain.

It's scary. I didn't want to .. and the lawyers actually pushed for me to take him to the cleaners. Then when I refused, they tried scare tactics. Like if you don't, this will happen yadda yadda yadda. I just had to step away and say no .. and did it myself. My kids have had a great relationship with him and I really do think it made the divorce allot easier on the kids. All the stress and bickering, that's what makes it a nightmare. It's bad enough already, no need to make it worse.

I did my own divorce 11 years ago. We had 4 small children and everything was amicable. Lawyers just wanted too much for our " simple " divorce. Every lawyer I talked to wanted to take him to the cleaners, and I wasn't interested. So, I found a paralegal to get me the paperwork. I'mma confessed control freak I realized it in my 20's. The thing is, nobody is perfect. Looking the in mirror and truly seeing yourself as you are, is the first step. People often seek perfectionism. It's very helpful and liberating, to let that go. You only hurt those that you love, which is usually the opposite of your intention. It's just a part of you that you need to work on. If you don't, you'll live a sad life. Control is an illusion .. once you can teach yourself that, you'll do much better.

We used Kars for Kids last year. They were awesome! They picked up the car, I handed them the title .. they handed me a receipt. That's what we did, we put the value at $500 .. but it wasn't even running .. $500 was a good deal.

I drive a 12 passenger van. Yeah, I spend close to $150 per week now. Now that the oldest has left the nest .. I am looking to downsize to a minivan or suv again. I'm just trying to pay off my gas guzzler first.

It's all relative. What one person says is great, not so much to someone else. Maybe that's why there are SO many food places on 278. I haven't tried any of them, so I wouldn't know.

We JUST got our 18 year old daughter her first cell phone at the age of 18. Because she's in college .. and it's a prepaid phone. She pays for the minutes she uses.
