Someone in another post had mentioned getting her tag number. With that info, is there any way to get her name and (for those that feel they have been taken advantage of) file a complaint against her? I'm just asking, because I don't know.....not trying to get anything started, but since she seems to be popping up all over the place and changing her story, I don't see it coming to a stop unless someone gets her name and files a report. Better yet, the next person she asks should just give her the address to the closest TitleMax....let THEM give her money!

I remember the summer ritual of my mom "putting up" stuff....aka canning and freezing. She put up tomatoes, green beans, butter beans, squash, and okra from our summer garden. She sliced up cucumbers, soak them in lime, then put up countless jars of pickles. I absolutely loved the smell of apple cider vinegar and pickling spices as it permeated throughout the house. I think the way it works is that when you are sentenced to death, you are automatically granted an appeal. If you waive your right to the appeal or tell your attorney you do not wish to continue the appeals process, THEN the judge sets the execution date. At that point, I guess since the appeal never took place, the POS is allowed to change their mind. It's just not right....

This POS is pulling the same stunt Jack Potts pulled many years ago. Potts Did this not once, but TWICE, before eventually dying in liver cancer in prison. I don't think he should have the option to change his mind; his victims weren't shown any mercy.

Thanks...I actually wrote a letter to the CEO and pointed out that fact. He turned it over to HR, who said the separation papers would remain as written, and the company would not dispute my unemployment claim. (I'm waiting to see if how that plays out.). I should receive the papers next week. After a 6 and a half month absence, a lot of processes had changed, a new company had been acquired and I had a lot of catching up to do. According to my team lead, I wasn't catching up quick enough and I didn't ask enough questions. If I asked questions, I was told to figure it out myself. T

That's the way I look at my situation as well.

It sucks, but at least I know I'm not alone. I worked for my FORMER employer for 11 years. In November of 2010,I was diagnosed with endometrial cancer. I had to take medical leave due to surgery, chemotherapy and radiation...a total of six months. I returned to work as soon as chemo was completed and my oncologist released me to return to work. Three months later, it was determined that I was "unable to perform my job duties" and I was out the door.

Mine too.....and she could mimic voices like nobody's business! So we'd ask her to make up a story involving family members or neighbors and she would have us in fits of giggles. We called her Ma and I miss her so much.....but I always remember her and smile because she was an absolute HOOT!!!!

Mine has been changed from WC Abney, to EPHS; from EPHS to Picketts Mill Church; from Picketts Mill Church to Russom Elementary. Right now it's still saying Russom Elementary...I'll check it again the Monday before Super Tuesday!

Just in case the answer is no, here's what I did to get around it. Go to another PINES library system in Georgia that is already ebook ready. (I used the Sara Hightower Library system in Rome and Rockmart). If you already have a library card, have them change your Home Library to that branch rather than West Georgia Regional Library -OR- just issue you another library card. You can still check out physical library books at ANY PINES branch, but you'll also have the ability to check out ebooks,as well.

Do t know if you saw his reaction this morning, but the judge was reading the indictment before reading the sentence. Overall, a long and drawn out process. At one point, he interrupted the judge and said, "can you PLEASE just get on with it?" the judge totally ignored him and kept right on reading. He was sweating, fidgeting, and at one point yawned and smirked. He's the type that you really hope gets a good beat down, and just when he thinks it's over, beat him down again. I hope he rots.
