  1. The Rainbow Light is $19.37 for a bottle of 120 (MRP $44.99). How much are all the separate ones you take?
  2. I used to take this one, which doesn't contain iron, until I switched to this. I have to say that it is also important to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables for your vitamins and minerals, too. I eat pretty well as a vegetarian, but I look at the supplements as a safety net in case I miss something.

  7. That's where I go! I get contacts, too. Glasses give me a headache. Luckily I get 6 mo of contacts with my insurance. Last year I actually got the whole year since one eye was not helped at all by correction. That's the worse eye of a bad and a worse set.

  9. I take a multi, and a cal/mag supplement (and some others, like peppermint oil). You can get vitamin D from just 15 minutes a day. I get that in the car on the way home.
  10. My brother got it, and he doesn't take care of himself. So it got to the point of needing surgery. I feel the same way at his house.

  16. You can always add more layers of clothes. When it is hot, you can be naked and still sweaty.
