  2. I love mine. Got it in August. Some have had trouble with them, from what I've read, though. I have not. You might want to read some reviews on AT&T's site, Amazon, and Cnet. Good and bad, but you can make an informed decision.
  3. I thought because of the time that had passed between buying the 3 older pair, and the 3 new ones, that something had changed. ALL THREE I ordered from 2 different stores fit like they were a size smaller. But a pair of 501s in the same size fit fine, but they aren't as comfortable. ETA: And I emailed them. Got this in reply: Uh huh. Sure. Just sent one pair back to Amazon. The other two will go back to JCP, as well. And that is the problem. I can't find them anywhere any more, or I would try them on. Ordering online and returning could get expensive.
  4. They appear to have discontinued my favorite jeans - Levi's 529s (curvy). They are so comfortable. My friend who is about a size 14 likes them, too. I tried to stock up when I found out they were discontinued, so I bought two pair online from JCP, one from Amazon. All three are the same size, style, and color (2, at least) of the jeans I already have. For some reason, they are too tight, to the point that I think they are labeled wrong. They are slightly stretchy, so they get a little looser as you wear them. But the jeans I bought last year were never that tight first thing, or I never

  6. I've filed with both UPS and USPS, both for ebay purchases. UPS was much quicker and easier. USPS took forEVER.

  13. Greens for money, BEPs for luck. Or in my case, just because I like them.
  14. I never have that hard a time finding anything I like in a TJ Maxx or Ross. Ick. Even the husband agreed.
  15. I will never enter a Stein Mart again. Waste of my time.
  16. I cook them every year, too, and am happy to have a job, and the bills still getting paid despite my medical issues, and the cats' medical issues, expenses, etc. I have a recipe that involves sauteing some onion in oil, adding water and greens to steam, then adding vinegar (apple cider? I'll have to look at the recipe again.), and BEPs. You can use any greens or peas/beans you want. It is pretty damn good. I have homegrown corn and green beans from my MIL, too, and cornbread.
  17. No shame in that. My husband cried when his dog died in 2002. He even teared up when Baby died in February. We'd had her 18 years, since right after we got married. Showing his true feelings for our pets makes me love him more.
  18. I've got two feeders, and the birds must be chowing down. They're emptying pretty fast. I put stuff out for the squirrels, too, but they still get in the feeders.
  19. I'm so sorry. I suffered a loss this year, too, and I know it can be hard. Especially suddenly.
  20. I am, but I love both, and have them often. I usually get frozen, since I can't get smaller bundles (that I know of). I got fresh this time for a recipe.
  21. JCP was a madhouse today. We avoided Barrett Pkwy. Well, I usually do unless I have to go there. Maybe tomorrow.
  22. Just like with vinyl floors, you can level the slab yourself.
  23. There's one this weekend in Forest Park. A big one.
  24. Oh, with B&N, Publix, etc. Thanks.
