You could try B6. It helped me when I felt like that with PMS. I wasn't on Depo, but bc pills.

Phone book? We're out of paper towels. I stopped to get some (and a couple other things, not milk, eggs or bread) yesterday, and didn't get past the registers. Long lines of people with carts FULL. No dice.

My commute is 26 miles one way. No way would I go in, even if I hadn't planned to work at home today.

My husband went to work, and I am working at home. He doesn't have far to go, luckily. Hopefully he slowed down.

I have the same problem here. We're in a faux cul de sac, as it does not dead end. There are three houses in the rounded part. I've seen the mailman pass our mailbox because of one of them parked in front of our yard. annoying.

I had to switch to United a year ago because BCBS was eliminated as an option.

Yeah, would have been nice when I first started the shots, 2-3 times a week.

Had it for years, then had to switch to United. So far, it's been better. Well, i had surgery and they now pay for my allergy shots. BCBS still charged me a copay.
