I've seen the threads and news reports about 20, but what about 75? Wondering if I should attempt to go to work tomorrow (if they are open).

CBS just said 20 was closed from Thornton to Riverside.

Thinking about walking to the store today. The 6 mile round trip will do me good, if I can manage not to bust my ass.

hourly forecasts on Weather.com and accuweather.com. Incidentally, weather.com was saying freezing rain overnight, now I don't see any precipitation overnight. And looks like it won't be above freezing until 2 or 3pm.

I wish I could go back to sleep, but I am working.

I keep one plugged in for power outages.

Our dog has so far refused to go out. He thinks he is a delicate (50 lb) flower.

I'm working at home. The husband's boss is from NY, so he may expect him to come in. Luckily he only drives a fraction of my commute.

Hmmm. GA Tech is closed, and that's on my way to work. I've been watching the WSB site for updates. I doubt I'll see my organization, though.

I just hope I can tell definitively whether I should head downtown tomorrow morning or not. I always have a hard time being able to tell from the news, and my organization will NEVER close. Well, at least they haven't in the 12 years I've worked there. We do have instructions on what channels to watch, radio stations to listen to, whatever. I leave so early that it's usually below freezing when stuff like this happens. Of course from the hourly forecast, it looks like it won't get above freezing all night and day.

Same at Macland/Old Lost Mt. I managed to get an organic bunch. I did see another banana display at the back of the store by the dairy/milk (which was nearly empty). Luckily we don't drink cow milk.

That counts as party liquor. I am almost out of rum. We have to go to the store today, as it is our normal day. We have stuff to eat, but need other stuff (produce, etc.). We also have a generator in case the power goes out. I'm just worried about trying to get downtown Monday morning if there is any ice.
