Same situation here, except it's SEVEN cats and a token dog.

Maybe somebody (ahem) needed the work. Did you see the link I posted to the old Bandito's threads?

THANK YOU for having her spayed - I hope someone will give her a loving home.

Like 'em or not, if another gal bites the dust, it'll just be even more apparent than it already is that 'AI' has become a televised 'Tiger Beat.' (There'll be a couple of people who get that reference. )

WHAAAAT?!? 'DWTS' has the best band on television! And I haven't been crazy about the arrangements I've heard so far - I wish they'd play the pieces straight.

I sure wish we'd have some SPRING before we have summer. I *hate* summer.

:: waving and jumping up and down :: Count me in on y'all's gripefest - I HATE FED-EX! I've had several mis-deliveries and non-deliveries too, not to mention the time that the driver scanned the package as delivered when in fact it had NOT been delivered. I was literally calling the Fed-Ex 800# when he pulled up in my driveway - I'm guessing he was running behind and didn't want anyone to know. When I was last in the Verizon store, the salesman who was working with me said that Fed-Ex uses independent drivers - they drive marked Fed-Ex trucks but aren't actually Fed-Ex employees. Ha

The teenyboppers have spoken: There shall never be another Idol prettier than them. That's why Adam lost, too. ;-)

I sure wish it would be Jacob. I'm still trying to figure out how he made it to the big show - his voice just isn't that great.

Can't blame you for that. Have you ever eaten at The Italian Oven on the E/W Connector? That's *my* Italian restaurant of choice.

Ladies - how many pairs of shoes do you own?
Riograce replied to dumbestgirlintheworld's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Nope - that would describe me, as well. I don't like spending money on shoes or purses - my purse of choice is a small pouch I bought on Etsy that can clipped to my beltloops or worn on a strap around my waist. As for general shopping, the Internet is my friend. -
A question about a legal document , hospitals and children
Riograce replied to jennilyn77's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Nope, 'they' got it right. Look at it this way: it takes only ONE parent to make a potentially life-saving decision, but it takes TWO parents to obtain a document for a child that can potentially get that child out of the country. -
Yep. I just hope he's not too spattered when he finally hits the pavement.

I have had Verizon for as long as they have been offered here and have never had a lick of trouble with getting a signal. I have had Motorola, Samsung and LG phones during that time and all have performed well. I live in Hiram. As far as all negative comments on that board ... not surprising. People will always go the extra mile to bitch and moan. Praise and brag? Not so much.

As has already been pointed out, diabetes and HIV are not always preventable. I don't know anyone who is HIV-positive, but I can tell you that my Type I diabetic husband has to check his blood regularly, eat off-schedule sometimes if his sugar gets low and even occasionally change the set on his insulin pump at work. None of these tasks require the employer to do anything extreme to 'accommodate' him, and he has no difficulty doing his job. Nevertheless, rest assured that there ARE employers out there who would have a problem cutting him this little bit of slack. I will also add that ce

Really? Can you back that up? I've seen a lot of men screwed over child support and custodial issues.

I hope everyone who is taking or contemplating taking this drug has done some research.

Too bad Mom wasn't willing to forego the *religious* aspect of her daughter's homeschool curriculum, since that appeared to be Dad's primary objection.

Another satisfied Three-13 customer here. I have seen several of the stylists there and never been disappointed. And I'm pretty sure they're open every day but Sunday.

I save my drama for Facebook.

If this thread has proved anything, it's that everyone has a different idea of 'good Chinese food.'

I'm with Craig Ferguson on this: watching or listening to Charlie Sheen is akin to viewing the mentally ill as entertainment. *Paying* to see him is even worse.

What a 'duh' comment. If you and the mister owned a website that depended on advertising for its existence, I'll bet YOU wouldn't allow negative commentary about your clients, either. There are plenty of ways on P.com for word to get out if a business is sub-par - that's why I always invite people to send me a PM when I ask for opinions about a particular business or service.
