Caution, I recieve a email from Verizon that said my bill was ready to be viewed.I get a paper bill in the mail but I usually get a email from them too. I opened the email and it looked very official. THE 1st red flag was it had 11 emails to the recipient the 2nd red flag was where it says CC, there were 5 peoples email addresses then it said my bill was $1,550.03 my bill runs $50.00 a month When you click view and pay bill it goes to a art gallery. AGREED. It should not be at any funeral home period. It should be at a hospital. If the county wants a Morgue they can put it on the top floor of the courthouse. I am sure there are rear entrances for transport. and we are already paying for space not being used.

Personally I think the hospital should hold the bodies, they did this years ago and it sounds like they are cutting thier cost and throwing it on the county and therefore the county is throwing it on Sam and then Jeff wants to build this at our expense(coroner budget) and we will have to continue keeping it up as we have to keep everything else up that our commissioners allow the county to buy, build or whatever. Lake Wedowee in Wedowee Alabama is a nice lake and you can still buy property over there reasonable. You just have to know your way around and know folks over there. Also there is Buckhorn Lake in Carrollton, it is not a gated community but there is alot of Mobile homes over there. Lake Wedowee is pretty big. I like the river property better that feeds into the lake.

this is off topic but a friend of mines sister passed away in Cobb and she was originally from Chicago and they had no money so her brother had the body released to him and he drove her home back to Chicago in his work van. I did not know that you could do this but I ended up before my parents passed away reading a very educational book called " Caring For The Dead". I learned alot about the laws varying from state to state and during your time of grieving I do not care what any funeral director tells ya, "It's all about the money." and they lie.

I have french doors too and I chose the keyed locks on both sides, I keep a key in that door at all times and I keep the lock turned just a bit so the door is locked and the GK cannot just pull the key out. Also Lowes sells a alarm that I have installed on my doors, it has a "ding' sound and a all out "alarm sound" you get 2 for 6.00 dollars. these are the best even for napping GK, When they go down for a nap I set it for "ding sound" and that lets me know they are awake.
