Me too, Dana! I was 12 when the show first ran. Brit and I were watching the Graham Norton show this morning and she mentioned that yesterday he had Elijah Wood and Robin Williams on (I missed it). Anyway, that launched us into a Mork and Mindy conversation and it was all silliness (per usual) between us from there. So seeing Mork and Mindy in the title of the thread made me smile . I haven't seen it in decades, I wonder if it would still seem as funny now?

Lol Yes we were discussing Mork and Mindy this morning and I had absolutely NO idea this was be a title thread for you. I did crack up when I read it, so thank for the grin .

We have the iPhone4. I might decide to upgrade, next year. I really don't see what the big deal is.

I'm going to rewatch it on demand. It looks like it will be awesome! Do you watch the BBCs 'Sherlock'? I am SO eagerly awaiting the third season. One of my very favorite shows . The BBC has some of the best programming around, hands down.

I never had to either, I think the question Unless I misunderstood was more one of "Would you if...". I would if I had felt the need to, thank goodness I never did. We always talked about everything, still do. It's best to have that kind of relationship and I'm happy with the fact that we do .

I don't have 'children' anymore, but yes, I agree with this 100%. If they were in danger, I would do anything I needed to do to protect them, even if I needed to protect them from themselves.

Both of mine waited until 16 to earn their Learner's Permit, and I didn't allow them to have their Driver's Licenses until they were 18. I feel they were better drivers because of that.

I love peppermint, and dark chocolate together, but only chocolate (and that, dark) when it is paired with peppermint . I also love plain vanilla, and I adore strawberry !!

When you say Smyrna Elementary do you mean the elementary school that used to be on Church Street in Smyrna? I lived there (on Church Street) and went to first grade at that school. Then we moved to Jones Shaw Rd where I went to Belmont Hills for one year before transferring to LaBelle .

That name does sound very familiar. I'll look her up and tell you. I was Rhonda Blackmon at that time.
