Sorry buddy, police officers ARE NOT exempt from the law when not on an emergency. I grew up in Indiana(sorry I invaded the south LOL) and my wife in PA, both states with some of the highest coyote populations. For 30 yrs that is what we were both taught from the day we could rememeber. Also from experience.

Not all animals with rabies foam at the mouth. A coyote is VERY timid and is scared of humans. If there is one wondering around your yard or subdivision (especially during the day) it needs put down immediately, its not just passing through. It is messed up in the mind. I respect your beliefs, but on the same hand don't want your family members or neighbors mangled or killed b/c of a dangerous animal that has lost its mind.
