Take your bereavment. FMLA is on your side. My wife's company tried stopping her when her brother passed away in May. They can't stop you or do anything if you have been at your company for a year.. To all those like myself who are unemployeed and have interviews or have gotten new jobs recently. I have seen a few postings about people getting interviews or getting hired within the past few weeks. Very AWESOME. I have an interview finally next week. You are absolutely right s. I have no problem at all w/ him doing the pose and I think he is a pretty good player although he gets to much credit. Just read an article on how Olypmic Skier Lindsey Vonn asked permission from Tim Tebow's brother to do the pose after she won an event in Colorado. Does he think he's going to trademark something that has been done for centuries and is every persons right who wishes to? I don't need permission by anyone to do it. We got a phone call the other day saying they were a collector fpr 5/3. Told them we never had an account, owed nothing and refused to give info.
