That is exactly what she had. The nurses were awesome, VERY nice.

My wife had successful gall bladder surgery. :clapping: :clapping:

We use the one my dad has been using for 25yrs. Its the secret recipe on the back of the "FLUFF" marshmallow jars.

Or did I hear wrong? They need to. My wife is still in PC waiting for what she was told was emergency surgery. That was suppose to be yesterday. We were told today that doctor couldn't squeeze her in, but would try tomorrow. WOW!!! We had been told not to use the hospital by many others in the past, but we usually give things a shot. I know its small but this is rediculous.

This year just needs to hurry up and end. Our area needs to start fresh.

We usually have 3 of these fly over. VERY unusual sounding. First time it flew towards us I was planning on hitting the deck.

I should add UFO hunting to go along with the ghosthunting we do (make fun all you want). Was doing some research and there have been quite a few sitings very similar b/n Cartersville and Carrolton within the past couple yrs.

No not the majority, but they are out there. I'm from Lafayette.

There are also MANY ways that you can't work around that problem. Its just an assumption that kids are school age, everyone has a spouse, family or friends they can trust (Can you ever trust another human being? No-Bob DeNiro) I believe in CS, heck I volunteered at a hospital when I was 14 every weekend, but I also think the quite a few of the people who would be forced to do it would feel like they would be placed on the same pedestal as a convict. Especially since they are entitled and already worked to earn the benefits. Don't you think they are already embarrased and ashamed enough as it

So who's going to pay for daycare if needed, for people to work for free?

Anyone know how to be extras in the films around here? Would be pretty fun to do considering they have filmed quite a few shows or movies here lately. When I lived in Indiana my father and I were extras in "Hoosiers" and "Blue Chips". We heard about the filmings a month in advance. Don't really see anything down here prior to shootings looking for local extras. Only made 50 bucks, but it was very fun.

Don't know if its the plane you're talking about, but for the past few weeks we have seen one that looks like an Indy Car w/ wings. It has a small wing coming out of the nose and the propellers face backwards. Sounds very loud and odd.

Oh Man. I'm sorry folks. I didn't mean for everyone to start getting angry w/ each other. Sorry. I didn't realize how touchy it was.

The thing is, is that technically an employee has already worked for. Read the above posts. 3yrs ago I felt the same you do about UE benefits until I found out how it works. I am like you if you receive UE, that doesn't mean sit on your butt like my brother inlaw does which makes me sick. His excuse is he can retire in 10 yrs anyway. About how I said you were calling the unemployed scumbags, you didn't say it, its just the way you were coming across. It is about 1.45% of your SS and Medicare taxes combined that gets set aside. You don't even notice it. The employers are charged somewhere a

Yeah I know. Freakin hilarious first time I saw him. He was wearing a Blue shirt w/superman logo that said Scooperman.

Calls himself Scooperman.
-
There is a guy where we used to live in Mooresville NC who owns his own pooper scooper company. He goes around and picks up the yards at the houses of NASCAR drivers, Panthers players ets. He makes serious money.

Unfortnately I'm out of work, but don't claim benefits. Some of us can't afford the $500+ at the moment for daycare (which would be for 2 kids part time) to work for free. I have found out that most companies want Apps done online and a lot of job postings say no phone calls no walk ins welcome. Just like it use to be good to call and check the status on application, now it gets you disqualified.

Here's a test for you. Voluntarily quit your job or heck get fired for all I care and go look for a job. See how long it takes. No connections allowed. Needs to be able to pay all bills, food, gas for car, and 800 in daycare expenses. Unfortunately I can't claim uemployement b/c I was released from my job due to a Workers Comp injury. I have been looking for 8 months w/ close to 800 resumes out. IDK if others are having this prob, but a lot of jobs I am being told I am way to over qualified for. If you have no emotion to it then why are you basically calling the unemployed scumbags?

I was looking things up and have found the horse meat is poisonous yet on the other hand it is healthier than beef by far. Less fat, tender, high in protein and doesn't receive the injection for Bovine disease like cattle. Its preferred over beef in France. Saw reports saying that you wouldn't even realize its not beef w/ the excemption of it having a sweet taste. In an article I read, and I'm not trying to make this political, the gov has said selling the meat will help our defecit as well as making Americans healthier. The closest I get to a horse is watching them over at the ranch behi

Exactly. Then they will be in the unemployment line and according to Converse from an ealier posting will be scumbags like some of us others that have had to file unemployment in the past. To which employees have a right to.
