Hoping they were caught and that by some small chance they were the guys who ransacked the house and robbed the daughter of Grumps. From an earlier post.

Same here. My eyes would be the last ones they look into.

Just got done reading that the government is lifting the ban on butchering horses and will begin selling in stores within the next couple of months, I thought McDs already served it.

Totally awesome. There is a guy in Rossville, IN (originally close to where I'm from) that did this for donations to the Cancer Society. Can't wait to check this out. We use to go evry year when we lived up there.

Oh ok. Thanks. Will have to talk my wife into letting me hunt again. I just found out Findleys Meat Market in Marietta sells exactly what I want. They have it shipped in though, but should taste just as good.

Yeah it does. What stinks is that I just went out on the deck to get firewood and there were 8 about 40 yards out in the pasture thinking of jumping into our yard. I swear one is the size of a colt.

Are there any butcher shops in the area that sells this? Haven't been able to find one. We tried West Metro Meat last year since they have the processing stations, but they said they are unable to have it USDA certified. Growing up in Indiana we had a local butcher that hunters would leave excess meat to after processing their deer. Looking for Summer Sausage that has chunks of jalepenos and chedder cheese mixed into it. Looking for rolls or sausage sticks. Makes a perfect snack for the holiday season. Unfortunately I gave up hunting 7 yrs ago when our children were born.

I was actually looking to call them today about their Sports Management Degree. Out of all the schools they look the best and affordable.

Whats really scary, is when I worked in ATL and people would be driving around w/ their portable DVD player screen right there.

How many tries do we get? Almost looks like GPS right in drivers view and the brake light in the back window is out.

My wife is thinking of selling crochet pieces this next year. She made hats and scarves for our 3 daughters, 2 nephews, and for a daughter of one of her coworkers for Xmas. Her aunt in PA is making out pretty well selling her pieces up there. -
Yeah now I look like a moron b/c Its cleared up, just a few flurries. Just saw on the news though that ATL crews are now scrambling for tomorrow. Memphis is getting hit pretty good by the system coming at us and earlier TWC was showing a new storm system coming south out of St. Louis. All of our area is purple for tomorrow.

I've been looking for White Chocolate Mousse like TCBY used to serve.

Something I have ALWAYS wanted to do. To bad that fear of falling off a ladder gets in the way. Us bigger boys don't belong on them. Thank You to all firefighters.

Love the Garmin. Only probs we had was when we first moved to the area, but the update fixed that. Have used the TomTom ans absolutely hated it. Target did have a Garmin(not sure which one) that is originally $199, for $129

According to TWC on TV a few minutes ago, parts of MS and AL are going into Winter Storm watch. If one part of the system moves ever so slightly to the south we could possibly see up to 5" of snow. They are saying we definately will be getting slush on the roads. They are saying it is a wet snow and wet snow loves slush. I think our local weathermen may mislead people like they did last year. Last night they showed us in light purple on the snow graphics, but only said flurries. Being transplants from the north, light purple is a lot more than just flurries.

We have done ours the past couple of years on Amazon. Personally I think they are cheaper than the stores on many things even on a normal day.

It was saying 49 for a high Tuesday, now it has dropped to 39 for a high Tuesday since around 630PM

Kurt Mellish's report earlier this afternoon said snow from the airport, north. Accumulations west and north of Cobb Cnty. Amounts unknown at this time. Being an import from the north, I'm not in panic mode yet. However, I might start to prepare a little, last years storm was suppose to amount to nothing and some of us were stuck for a week. From the earlier post about the ground having to be frozen for 3 days. That is not necessarily true, although I follow the almanac to a certain extent (not winter weather). Infact we found that out the hard way last year and when the NE had their sn

IF it does snow. I hope its not like last year when it wasn't suppose to amount to nothing.

We had to call PCS last night around 1:30 about "suspicious persons" roaming in the trees in our subdivision on Cartersville Hwy(Windmill Creek) evidently we weren't the only people to report. Officer said they use to never have issues our way until within the past 2 yrs. He even brought up your neighborhood having issues within the past 2 weeks along with a few others. Its a little unnerving(sp?) considering our neighborhood has had some pretty heavy stuff happen within not even a week. If anyone reading this lives in Windmill and saw the blue flashlights roaming through your yard, plea

All you black Friday shoppers should be ashamed
janko9 replied to bvrat5199's topic in RECENT TOPICS
My wife and I saw a segment on the Fox News Channel. I guess experts (who ever they may be) are saying the best deals will be a week or two after black Friday. Hey Go BLUE, BOILER UP!!!!!!! Had to add that. -
Along w/ being warned by PCS about squatters in N. Paulding, he also informed us about the new kick teenagers are now doing called "bumping". I guess what they are doing is goin up to cars and bumping the handles to see if the cars are locked if they aren't they open the door if they are locked the are bashing in the windows. Ridiculous.
