I have LL floors. Bamboo. Beautiful.

Google tells me they're now against urban crime, illegal immigration, and same-sex marriages.

I wonder how manny people in this thread can tell me about the KKK of 2012 instead of spewing history class KKK of 1960. Surely they've morphed their view s over the last 50 years.....seeing to how I haven't noticed any cross burnings or lynchings in the news.....ever (in my lifetime).

4 months and only managed to spend $150k? Someone wasn't trying hard enough.

I had food when I was in Cuba.....and it wasn't fantastic.

I'm in LOVE with a gay goth soprano opera singer!

I think my eyes sprung a leak. -
If you order WW tix online they charge a $5.99 processing fee. Idk if it's per ticket or per order. They're the same company so.....

Parents aren't responsible for loans even though they have to give that info. Believe me that every time my dad says he paid for my education, I ask him for the $15k of debt I still have. He never gives it to means his name is no where on there. The parent info part is to see how much aide you family qualifies for. I qualified for a small grant because of my parent's low income one year.

There are a thousand steps between qualifying and being ready to launch a campaign. I hope he gets back to you. I'm certain I've worked with this guy, and if it's him (I try not to associate with too many Bama fans if I can help it), then he will do a world of good for this county and state.

Crist's Residency Challenged in School Board Race
workingforaliving replied to gpatt0n's topic in Fastread page
Tried and convicted by pcom. It's a damn shame that there isn't more competition for school board seats......then folks might actually have to start fulfilling campaign promises. -
Is the problem with the loans or the school? I'm getting mixed signals here.

It's not 1980. The internet and Google make it difficult for bad reviews to stay secret for long.

To get to FL, Amtrak is obscene because there is no direct route. I think there's a hub in Chicago so it's cheaper. I just priced New Orleans and it was about $200 RT for 2 adults.

Lame.

Where does good sense start coming into play? I'm standing on personal responsibility. There's not a story sad enough for me to feel any different. Stupid people making stupid decisions should hurt. I might even be a fan of debtors prison.
-
Price Amtrak to get there/back and just rent a car locally. May or may not be a better deal.

How long I stay depends on how long it takes me to get there. I'm flying out west this summer to see ram and I'm staying 8 days. If I drive to FL to see other family, I stay a weekend. It also depends on the occasion. I have no problem staying at a hotel or with them....just depends on how many people are with me (lots of family up here trying to get down there).

Let me clarify, student loans are okay. I have loans. However, there is a huge difference in taking out $100k in loans to go to a fancy college-in-a-box or tv school when there's an option to only take out $50k or less to go to a less fancy public college.

Bullcheeze. There are dozens of more affordable options. I went to a less expensive college, where I could afford to live, rather than the high price, high cost of living college that I was accepted to. No part of chasing my dreams involved needless debt.....yet the outcome was the same.

Am I the only one seeing a series of piss-poor decision making in this story? As someone who worked 40 hrs a week and went to college full time and then completed two additional degrees as a single mother (with no child support at the time, btw), I am disgusted that these sob stories keep popping up while the rest of us with student loans obtained them responsibly and pay them on time. This falls into the category of folks trying to get sympathy for buying more house than they could afford. Disgusting.
