Has anyone ever heard of a finance company doing?
adam&jessica replied to christinastew08's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Sometimes they get picky at the end of the loan, so they can get the car AND the cash. -
Maybe they are charging for drinks in these events.. I don't see the point of causing chaos in the city though, it's bad enough on normal days there.
-
Stop payment and do it yourself. It's easy and cheap. Or hire any one of the unemployed people on here to do it, the stain doesn't cost much, and you could hire a day laborer to do it for like $10 per hour.
-
Depends on your budget too. Price varies massively down there based on location. The majority of my family lives in the area, from what I can remember Hialeah, Davie, and Weston were all nice places last time I was down there.

A renter has to have equal access, they are the ones occupying the home, and part of the reason they probably picked that particular home was for the amenities. I know most of the people I know who rent in a subdivision with a pool do so for that particular reason, otherwise they'd have gone somewhere else that is cheaper.

We know a few people that live over there, they don't really have problems with the neighbors, but the houses, for the most part, are pretty run down. I wouldn't buy one, but renting one, if you can get a really good deal, and it seems like it's in good shape, may not be a horrible idea. By good deal, I mean 750 or under. Most of the people I know pay 800 in there, and generally feel like it's probably not quite worth 800 after things start breaking.

Usually the landlord pays, and just tacks the cost onto the rent.

They do grow up so fast. My oldest turned three last week, and it doesn't seem like it's been that long yet. -

I know someone suggested this to jessica before, but I'm going to bring it up again, because it would save us a ton of money. -

We're pretty much in the same boat then. We're planning around 50 people, but we have to pay for just about everything ourselves, so our limit is about 3 to 4k, and even that is going to be very hard to scrape up. But it's just about impossible to do it for less, unless you do alot of the stuff yourself, and know someone who is willing to let you do it on their property for free. And Jessica isn't interested in doing a "cheap" wedding. -

There is one in Cartersville too, in the down town area. -
I got a ride to college. Seriously, I got nothing for graduating high school, except my degree.

We have been looking for places too, I think we've just about decided on Rosehall. Have you looked at that one yet? It's up 61, like halfway to Cartersville. -
We got all the boxes we needed from the dumpster behind sally's. They had tons the day we went.

House at 4 way stop / Due West and Mount Tabor

We had a problem finding houses in the area you are looking at as well. We ended up just going back to an apartment, the drive out to nowhere for a house just wasn't worth it for us. -
I think it's more than that. or else maybe it goes up with time.

Some people go thru the bins for decent stuff, and sell it. Someone I know of in Rome got caught doing it once. If they need it that bad, they could go inside and ask for help, and usually they will give them the help they need.

I didn't say anything about the apt in my previous few posts. I was talking about a two houses, whose side walls are roughly 30 feet apart. There are plenty of areas around here where houses are jammed in much closer than that.

If not, it should be. I leave stuff there only for people who are poorer than me.

I just doubt it. While my neighbor does have rights, they also could have just as much fun without causing their children to have hearing loss, and without keeping mine up.
-
Something like mowing your lawn, or fixing stuff around the house is one thing, being loud for the sake of being loud is another. I can't see how, if you had any hearing at all, you'd need your music up so loud that I could hear it very clearly, louder even than my television, through your walls, across 30 feet, and through my walls. And I don't buy that you are the modern day mozart. Maybe I'm a bad parent, but I feel like my child should be able to rest when they get home from having surgery at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. We got my grandpa a wireless headset, he loves it

I think they were on drugs. They were really freaking weird, and I was told later by someone I know who used to do drugs that he's a drug dealer.

The story is 100% true, I just wish the cops had let me press charges, because then I'd have a report to prove it. In lieu of that, if anyone is that sceptical, next time Jessica's neice has a game at Mt. Tabor Park you are welcome to come, and most of the people who were at our house that night will be there, and would be happy to verify. Oh, I wasn't comparing the two really, I was just saying that if your music can be heard in someone else's home, then it probably is too loud. Band practice I understand, but people that just are loud to be loud, that's different. But if your band is too

I've never hit one, but sometimes on curvy roads, you look once, look the other direction, start to go, and the other bike or car comes around so fast they are top of you immediatly. I've heard from people that ride motorcycles that it's not as easy to stop suddenly as it is in cars. If that is the case, then certainly cars are a bit safer for very curvy roads.
