  1. What and where is the Hell Hole? Never heard of it.
  2. We all agree on that here too. Our highest electric bill during the winter was like 100 bucks.
  3. Sometimes it just runs out, not sure why.
  4. Oh, I kept mine open back when it was still cool. I love fresh air, especially when it's nice, quiet, not hot fresh air. The reason I specifically said those things is because we went to a Easter dinner yesterday, and both neighbors had large burnpiles and and their 12 to 15 year old kids were outside screaming some things I didn't really want my kids repeating. They had a fan in front of every window, and it was still hotter inside than outside. They think it saves them hundreds of dollars on their power bill, and I decided not to disabuse them of the notion. The pollen is starting to get bad
  5. Honestly, I've never understood the people that open the windows, and turn on 20 fans, if it's not that hot outside, it's almost as cheap to turn on the AC, and then you don't get pollen, smoke from people's burn piles, and random yelling coming into your house.
  6. It's been hitting the 80's inside our place for like 2 weeks, our place stays very warm, so we've had ours on a while. But on the other hand, we only ran the heater like 2 weeks out of the winter.
  7. I had a cousin that was in the Coast Guard, he loved it.
  8. Yeah, those are smart cars. They are supposed to be very safe and fuel efficient, but they are also very small.
  9. bleach, water, and a spray bottle. It works great on... everything (other than my carpet).
  10. Ours is in Villa Rica, but we live in Dallas, we make the drive, as do some of our friends from New Hope, to this particular dr. Dr Ediale at Westcare Villa Rica. She's good with the kids, and so is the staff generally. They are right across from Tanner hospital. Westcare Pediatrics & Family · (770) 459-9378 626 Dallas Hwy · Villa Rica
  11. Not if they are tresspassing, refusing to leave, and trying to damage your property
  12. I don't have any on there, but there are a few whose posts I read, then choose to ignore. I'd hate to just stick them on ignore though, then I couldn't read the foolishness to understand what people are making fun of.
  13. No, I'm about 99% sure I couldn't be, because it was sent to me, unless it was classified info.
  14. Is that disclaimer legally binding?
  15. When was the last time you saw anyone sued successfully over plagarism on a message board post?
  16. You know, you could always be creative with it. Bring a paintball gun to the courts next time, and if the people aren't residents, and refuse to leave, play paint by number with them til they leave
  17. Not necessarily, I know several people who were caught plagarizing and didn't even fail the paper, some professors don't really care that much, they just make them right a new paper. Most probably would turn the student in, but some don't. Which is yet another one of my beefs with colleges. They use a set of standards that people in the real world do not use. I hated all the citing inside a line, and all that bullcrap that only academics use, and is not actually required by law. And I especially hated it when a professor accused me of plagarism because I didn't cite something inside a lin
  18. I'd contend that there is no safe way to split lanes. It's hazardous.
  19. I've wondered about this too. When we were looking at houses, before we got firmly denied on a mortgage, we saw several foreclosures in there that looked like they were amazing deals.
  20. This is the same thing Target and Walmart do to shoplifters. They give them notice, so that if they ever come back, they don't have to wait for them to shoplift again, they can call the cops as soon as they come in the door.
  21. While I do understand that, my sister has great luck with the bartow county office, and my ex does great with Floyd. But paulding is horrendous.
  22. On the other hand, now that I think about it, I've seen the other side of this puzzle too. Not at seven hills though. Where my parents live in cartersville, my parents had guests in town for the evening, some cousins of my mom's she hadn't seen in probably 15 years. They had come all the way from texas, and were spending the night on the way through to wherever they were going. My mom was babysitting my nephew, and he fell asleep at like 3 for a nap. Meanwhile, the kids of the cousins wanted to go swimming (16 and 17 year olds). She said fine, gave them the key, and told them how to get in. Mi
