Standard for eviction is usually around a month. I'd be shocked if anyone really came home and found their stuff in the street. You should be looking for a new place to live, and give the landlord notice. Keep paying, and make sure you pay with a check so you have a record. If you know who the mortgage company is, write them a letter or call them letting them know the situation, that the house is a rental.

She's been doing this for years. She's infamous in Rome, as soon as I filed my divorce a bunch of people called me asking who the judge was, and when they found out they told me I might as well just fold, there was no chance I'd get my son. My lawyer ended up withdrawing as counsel halfway through the trial because she wouldn't let either of us even complete a sentence. At one point she asked me a question about how I'd supported my child, and when I started to answer, to tell her that we'd been sharing custody equally, and each paying our halves, she cut me off and made me give a dollar

I'm just surprised she was so blatant about it. You'd think there would be some type of accountability, to make sure judges weren't biased, but some obviously are, and no one seems to care.

He's 3 now. He was about 16 months old when his mother used him as bait to ambush me, and try to steal my car keys. She had been with holding custody, since we hadn't had our first divorce hearing yet, and emailed me saying she was coming through Dallas, and wanted to know if I wanted to see him. I did, of course, so I met her at Kroger on 278 in Dallas. She told me she was late, and didn't want me to get him out of the car. So I sat next to him in her car, and a minute afterwords, as I was distracted, she grabbed me with one hand and tried to pull me out of the car, and used the other ha

She has mental issues, and unfortunately before we split up I got her a job at a mental hospital, where she works with the doctors. These doctors write her prescriptions for anything she wants. When we split up she was taking max dosages of klonopin, ambien, and prozac. Unfortunately, it seems that unless she gets a conviction, I won't get custody. Our judge said, and this is a direct quote, "Children should be with their mother".

Thanks all. I'm hoping they don't plea bargain it too far down, I've been trying to get custody for quite a while, and haven't managed to so far, since the judge in Floyd county seems to think that the lack of progress on the criminal case means that it isn't going anywhere. She has previous convictions, but I think she has one other arrest, and has had the police called on her many times by neighbors since her first arrest.

You could leave it be, except for the gun. It's not your property, and it's a firearm, so you have to call and let the authorities know. Otherwise the kid could end up shooting someone with it, and say that you gave it to him.

If it were me, I'd put up a humongous stone wall between us. Pretend it's a section of the great wall of china.

I did earlier this week, they said I would be called when I was needed, or after any plea deals were done. I guess I can call again when they open up.

Sounds to me like they could no longer stand to live there.

My ex-wife was finally supposed to be going to trial this week in Paulding county. I was subpoenaed, and they told me they'd call me to let me know when the trial was, and I haven't heard anything. Does anyone know if the court calendar is online? Also, does anyone know how likely they are to gloss the whole thing over, assuming they already haven't? I forget exactly what she was charged with, but I remember it was two family violence misdemeanors, one for attacking me, and the other for doing so in front of our son, and putting him in danger. Thanks everyone.

I always find it amazing badly the court system works.

I watched it. I really like mythbusters, but I get frustrated when they call a myth busted, and they didn't approach the testing with the right methods, or in some cases, they totally twist the myth around.

directions to st. joseph hospital from Dallas
adam&jessica replied to rebelmom's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Just from Dallas to I-20 used to take me 25 to 30 minutes in the mornings going on Thornton. The traffic was almost always horrible, except spring break week. -
I double check anything that is on sale more than a dollar or so. They often ring up wrong.

Central Florida. I grew up in Ocala, and my family all lives near Sebring and Miami. Jessica has a lot of family in Leesburg as well, so that's an option.

I just managed to convince Jessica we needed to move to Florida. Now I just need to find a job there.

I may try them again, Jessica liked it (probably because the BBQ didn't taste like BBQ), so we may have to. Our son's burger was completely burned, I was wondering why he kept spitting it out, and then refused to take another bite, so I took a bite, and all I tasted was ash, like I bit into charcoal. We also tried the BBQ chicken, pulled pork, Baby backs, and Hickory Ham. The chicken just tasted like it had ketchup on it (this is the one jessica really liked, she commented on how good it was, and didn't taste like BBQ at all), and the inside was totally flavorless, the pulled pork was ok, but

I hate walmart. I wish they'd make them illegal. I go there only when I absolutely have to, and then I go to rockmart or the one on 120. The Hiram store just plain sucks.

I'd love to find a job like that, where I could go down for a few months, work some long hours, and make a nice pile of cash. I'm tired of alternating between crappy temp jobs and unemployment.

I either make my own homemade, or in a time crunch, mix sweet baby rays, kraft hickory smoked, and another one at kroger whose name I can't remember, it's a smokey flavored sauce. When you mix them together, the smokiness of the other two cut the sweetness of sweet baby rays, which is way too sweet. Speaking of Jim and Nick's, I went there for the first time last night, and I cant' say I was impressed. The food is ok, not anything I'd go back to pay for, but the biggest problem I had was that the tables were jammed in there so tight we couldn't even have a conversation.
