  1. Are they finally allowing people to go out and look at the Airport? I know last I heard, people were being told to stay away from it.
  2. I hate when people do this. I had one land on my windshield once, and it was still lit, and leave a little mark on it. One of my old criminal justice professors used to write people large tickets every single time he'd see them do it.
  3. I was pulled in Atlanta because the officer ran my tag. Those are actually the only two times I've ever been pulled over. They no longer server suspensions in GA, as you should be aware. They mail you a letter when you receive your ticket, saying if you don't pay before a certain date, you will have your license suspended. If you do pay by that date, and the county did not notify DDS, then your license is suspended, and you have absolutely no way of knowing it. That is the story. Please stop acting all high and mighty, like there is some amazing detail left out, when you have no earthly i
  4. I've lived in Paulding county for about 2 years now, and I will say, I have had an issue with the court system. I paid a ticket before it was due, one that I should never have been written (couldn't get the day off for court, so just decided to pay it), and then got pulled over and nearly arrested in Atlanta a few weeks later, because Paulding county never reported it paid, and my license got suspended. I ended up getting out of going to jail because I used to be in law enforcement, and knew some people the officer that pulled me over knew, who were able to vouch for me. Also kept the receipt
  5. felonies arent supposed to show, unless charged as an adult.
  6. There are insect eggs in alot of packages of nuts and grains. If you leave them sitting long enough, they will hatch. Fun, huh?
  7. Writing See ID on the back of your card does nothing. Some businesses don't allow their cashiers to ask for ID, and even at places like walmart that do, it's easy to BS your way around it. My girlfriend took my card to walmart maybe a month ago, they asked for ID, she said she was my girlfriend, so they put the transaction through. They had no way of knowing whether she was telling the truth, or lying.
  8. Sal's tastes good, but watch out, it's incredibly greasy, and might make you sick. You might want to drain off the grease first, and/or dab it dry with napkins. Probably more than once.
  9. The problem is that schools let stuff slide nowadays. All Georgia schools are bad about it. I grew up in central florida, and moved to cartersville during high school. I never had a problem with bullying before I moved here, and I didn't know anyone that really did. Anytime anyone got bullied, another student would either step in, or tell a teacher, who would handle it. I never saw it get out of control. I never felt unsafe at school until I moved to GA. At Bartow county schools, I saw bullying every hour of every day. Athletes intimidating other students, yelling and screaming in the hall
  10. We just moved from a house to an apartment, and we are the middle unit, so we don't to run heat at all, in fact, we have to keep the windows open during the day because of the amount of heat that comes in from the other units. Even with this though, our bill was about 100, which seems very high to me, considering that last time we had an apartment our bill was between 80 and 100 with heat or AC running.
