He was tried as a minor, and therefore was found delinquent, not guilty. Therefore, no convicted. Makes no sense to me, especially where murder is concerned.
-
This guy should never be elected. First, he sounds like a moron. Second, he's already splitting hairs about not being convicted. And third, if this happened today, he would be tried and convicted as an adult, and would still be in prison.

I can't tell for sure from the pic, but it looks like a rat snake to me. I wouldn't worry too much though, it definitely doesn't look venomous.

What do you think Paulding is missing?
adam&jessica replied to DALLASGIRL0618's topic in RECENT TOPICS
The better question is what is paulding not missing? We need anything that provides jobs. -
I think that before they cut a single thing related to academics, all the extracurricular's and sports should be completely cut.

it made me dizzy.

I was hoping they'd put in something a little different, it seems like every other restaurant around here is mexican.

They really didn't need Spiller, he's a luxury pick when you have lynch and jackson, and they are way too poor to afford luxuries. When their QB's this year are all beat up and destroyed they will be seriously sorry they passed on the two first round tackles left. They really should have traded down to 20 or so , or even down to the second round if possible, the Bills roster is literally riddled with holes. They need a QB, 2 or 3 receivers, 2 starting tackles, a TE, at least 1 DE, a NT, and 1 OLB, and 1 ILB. They have no chance of filling those holes if they aren't trading down, and they use p

Tebow will be fine. He'll play wildcat or sub packages for about 2 years, relearned his throwing motion and how to do reads, and when he does play, he'll be ready, just like Aaron Rodgers. Buffalo was negotiating to get Tebow at the end of the first, if the Bronco's didn't pull the trigger at that pick, they would have lost their change to get him. I'm interested to see if they trade up and take Clausen now, who is the most ready quarterback in the draft in the first place. I'm trying to figure out some of the other dumb picks, like Spiller at 9, when the Bills desperately need OL, an

Yet in my original thread about these people you said So apparently you believe freedom of speech should be unlimited in public places. Let me ask you a question: Do you really see no difference in protesting an aspect of a government or politics at in front of a government building, or at DC, and picketing someone's funeral to make their family miserable? If you think this is ok, should the KKK be allowed to picket every black funeral? There are limits to everything, the question is where you draw the line. Generally, the thought on rights is that yours end where mine begin, and I

Some are public, some are private. And these people are loud, so they can picket outside and still not allow a family to grieve.

Jughaid believes there should be no limits to free speech. Go to the political forum, we had a debate about this group, and now I'm a horrible person because I don't think you should be able to protest at funerals either. Just watched the clip of the people, I'm surprised no one has knocked sense into them yet. I also watched the Michael Moore video that came up next, it was great, I never thought I'd actually approve of a single thing he did.

So you can't kill a trespasser, but you could knock them over the head with your cast iron frying pan?

If someone enters my house or place of business illegally, I feel threatened. And personally, I think that should be good enough reason, you shouldn't have to wait to find out their intentions, since you know they are already committing crimes by just being there. I know Florida passed a new law several years ago, in response to a few incidents, basically saying that if you feel physically threatened, or if you have reason to believe you are in danger(such as someone entering your home), than you are authorized to use whatever force necessary in the situation. I don't know if the law held up o

Anyone want to go protest the protesters?

It's sad, sometimes they actually are charged, I know a friend of my grandfather's has been in jail for almost 20 years for electrocuting a robber that broke into his pawn shop in miami. The guy had broken in through ductwork several times, so he hooked up electricity to the grate, and when the guy touched it the next time, he got fried.

I wasn't opposed to it, but if it's essential, then I'm sure they'll do the training somewhere.

I actually had to duck out of the way of a truck the other day, the guy accelerated rather than slowing while I was in the cross walk. And my two year old son was walking with me. We got missed by maybe a foot, and then the idiot took off out of the parking lot. Walmart seems to be the place it usually happens.

I rarely drink, but when I do, it's nearly always on a saturday or sunday, and it sucks when I think about it on a sunday, and can't get one. I don't stock up, because I just don't drink frequently enough. I don't see why it shouldn't be allowed.

We just had a similar problem with things always being broken, etc, and we moved out. He threatened to sue us, and I told him to go for it, and I have witnesses and photographs in case he ever tries to. In the end, it's hard to know who to trust, it's really a gamble with landlords.

I smoked BBQ Chicken and Ribs on my little charcoal grill today, It spent probably 3 hrs on there, and was excellent. I followed the directions on this site : http://bbq.about.com/od/rib1/ss/aa011009a_9.htm Normally when I grill chicken I put the coals all in the center, and sear each side, and then put it to the edges to finish, that way it crisps, but doesn't dry out. Usually we either do BBQ, or garlic salt, season salt, and pepper. Everglades seasoning you get from publix is good too.

This is stupid, if you aren't goin to do the whole thing, then don't bother. And that road is hardly the road most in need of 4 laning. -
Has anyone ever heard of a finance company doing?
adam&jessica replied to christinastew08's topic in RECENT TOPICS
They need to catch up on the payments ASAP, and in the mean time, park the car somewhere else, and try to not be home when they think the repomen might show up asking about the car. -
I used to live on south st. It's bad back there too.

Confederate is ok, you want to avoid the areas past the courthouse, heading towards the hospital.
