The closest thing to that we have available right now is a PR assistant position. However, they want extensive prior experience in PR and a degree in Marketing. If we have an opening anytime soon in your field, I'll be sure to pass it along to you. If you can stand the drive downtown everyday, try Coca-Cola. They have some admin jobs available and posted on their careers page.

What kind of position are you looking for and what kind of experience do you have?

I agree that it needs to be short as nobody has time to read a long resume. You don't have to be overly descriptive in your previous job descriptions either. Just hit the highlights briefly and include any unusual skills or responsibilities but leave out the mundane. To be brutally honest, when I look at resumes, the two things that I look at first are do you have any job experience for the field that you are applying for and how long were you in your previous positions. If your résumé makes it look like you only stay for short periods of time, a year here, a few months there, I tend to see t

Same thing with alligators. Not that you can put them in the refrigerator but that they are easier to handle when it's cold out. When they need to be relocated it's a lot easier to do in the winter than when the weather is warm.

I had it two weeks ago. It's been going around my office for about a month. I went to the Kaiser office at Douglasville because I couldn't get an appointment for my PCP at the Cumberland location. The doctor there prescribed antibiotics that I apparently am allergic to and I had a reaction to them. I was a real mess for a couple of days.

It looks like a king snake. If it is, they are harmless. I'll go down the hall and ask the herpetology Curator. Don't kill it yet! ETA - Curator said it looks to be a ratsnake. Harmless unless you are a mouse, rat or bird. It is non-venomous. -

I like Dillard, GA also. We rented a nice room at the Dillard House a few years ago in late May (or was it early June) for around $79 per night. -
We watched the Three Musketeers with Raquel Welch, Charlton Heston and Faye Dunaway.

Probably nothing closed. I used to get the day off when I worked for the DOT back in the early 90s though. We got Robert E. Lee's birthday off also every year.

My husband bought one last week at 84 Lumber. He had to order it & then go pick it up.

This one was recommended by a friend who spent the weekend there. He did tell me though it's in the parking lot of a gas station and that your view is of the gas station and their customers. LOL!

I saw that one and I'm thinking about it. Have you been there before?

I'm spending several days in the North GA mountains soon and need a place to stay near Blue Ridge, GA. The first half of the week I've booked a room at Glen Ella Springs in Clarkesville, but I need to spend one day of that week in Blue Ridge for an appointment in the area. Does anyone have any suggestions for places to stay in or near Blue Ridge? I'm looking for a little country inn or a B & B and don't see anything interesting on the internet.

Going to my mother's house for Easter dinner. Apparently she purchased both a turkey and a ham for only 5 people. I've never had turkey on Easter before.

Yes they still exist. I had a coworker that retired from the IT field and became a travel agent. She's very well traveled and can help you from personal experience with just about every spot on the globe. I'll look on FB and see if I can find the agency she works for and PM you the name.

I think it's a hoax. No one could be that stupid to leave their child in the car alone and also leave a note with their personal cell phone number. Can you imagine how many people have called that number to tell the person who answers what an idiot they are. Is there really anyone out there dumb enough to do that and open themselves up to all that outrage that would come their way?

I don't have any suggestions about the choice of doctors but wanted to let you know that there will be a lecture tonight that you might find helpful on the topic of autisim if you are intereseted. Dr. Young is highly respected in his field and if you google him, you can find out more about him. The Geoffrey Bourne Lecture Wednesday, March 27, 2013 “The Chemistry Between Us: The Science of Love and Bonding and Its Implications for Treating Autism” Zoo Atlanta is proud to welcome Larry Young, PhD, as the featured speaker in the 14th annual installment of the Geoffrey Bourne
