This is what I was going to say. I think this is priceless. You will have all that time before and after work, no frustration and stress from the commute, and in if something were to happen you are so much closer to your kids. Even though you have been there for 5 years, I think all the pros outweigh that.

I think this is wonderful news! I didn't think this would ever be possible. I have never understood why two adults willing to open their homes and hearts to children that desperately need families that love them were never allowed to. Especially with the large numbers of children in the system. I am so happy to hear this. Besides, how awesome would it be to have Mitch and Cameron as your dads from Modern Family? LOL And I am shocked that this is the second time in a week that I have agreed with former member. Yikes. No offense of course, but, ya know. I do love Palin.

In college I went to visit some friends at MTSU and he was playing at a bar near campus. We went, and after the show we followed him around Murfreesboro like little morons until he stuck his head out of the limo window and waved us off, telling us to leave him alone. LOL That was enough for us, we freaked out and took off. LOL

I don't have kids yet, and even I don't like that. Teachers should not have their students as friends on FB. Whether they have a student one and a private one or not. I don't think they should be putting pictures of their students on FB, either. A lot of people (my husband is one) do NOT want their pictures or childrens' pictures on the internet, anywhere. Those of you that are on my FB know I have very few pics of myself, and none of my husband. Now, with that being said, a lot of my friends have some of our teachers from HS as friends on FB. Rule No. 1: Never, EVER shop at Walmart. It is an evil, evil place. Esp. the Hiram WalMart. :shudders: I hate that place so much, LOL.
