We usually throw a couple of halved peaches and plums on the grill. The best way I have tried is to drizzle each half (on the flat side) with a little maple syrup, and sprinkle cinnamon & sugar. Cook on both sides, but a little longer on the flesh side. They don't take long, and they are so good. Make sure the peaches are ripe, not hard. It's different and everyone seems to like them.
