my dd made me a pin out of puzzle pieces glued together and sprinkled with glitter And sequins when she was 2. My mom helped her make it. It's in my jewelry box, forever. I look at it every now and then, and just smile. Last year she drew me a picture of japanese cherry blossoms. She is an awesome artist.

meh, I understand being annoyed by noise at night. My husband and I have a bet as to weather our neighbors will set off mother's day fireworks. They set off fireworks for every little holiday. even April fools day. No doubt it's a good cause. But its late. Let's try not to beat up on the people annoyed with the noise. I feel their pain.

no.I hate talking on the phone. I always prefer a text. And I never text and drive. It's not worth it. My only complaint for the day is that my house is a mess.

I've used tanning beds since the age of 15, off and on. I'm not a sun lover but I am a tan lover. Sun or bed, I was tan every summer. I regret that. I am awaiting a dermatoligist appointment right now because of some suspicious moles that I have. It's not worth it if you ask me. I swore off intentional sun and tanning beds about a year ago when a friend discovered she had skin cancer on her face. what was once a very beautiful face now has a large scar. I've decided to go the spray tan route.

A black belt might not be full proof, but knowing my dd knows how to defend herself is a slight comfort as she gets older and more independent. I wouldn't say it's impossible for a child to fight off an adult attacker. Kids in martial arts learn several techniques that just may save their lives, Such as how to escape holds and the right places to hit or grab (if ya know what I mean). the attacker isn't expecting the child to know how to react properly, when the child does, it just may throw him off guard enough for the child to run away. I am so, so sorry. :( I like what SS said. Had it not been for my mothers miscarrige. I would not be here. (some may not see that as so great ). I know that dosen't take away the pain, only time can do that. I just know there are GREAT things in store for you and your new family. Try to keep your head up.
