I like the Jeep. -
I don't disagree with you, but I would rather my 15 yr old daughter not confront older men in any given situation. And I would venture to say that this is nothing new. Men look and yes, women do too. When i was a teenager, I got looks all the time. Ugh, I miss those days! Of course, this is not to say that the OP wasn't justified in her uneasy feeling. If I saw two 50 year old men staring down my daughter in a store, it would make me a little nervous as well. Not because I have ill feelings towards men, but because I am her mother and it is my natural instinct to want to protect her.

Yep. We will never go anywhere else.

Concerning statistics of pit bulls and bites, I would be interested to know how many of those pit bulls who have caused harm were brought up in loving environments. Unfortunately, thugs and white trash ARE drawn to them because of their drive to please their owners and their strength. They are no more than an accessory, and it's a real shame because they are good dogs.
-
Correct. Nicknamed the nanny dog. It's a shame more people don't do their home work concerning this breed. A pit owner who thinks his dog will NEVER bite is almost as ignorant as those who think all pit bulls are evil. I love my dog.

I was just wondering about her the other day. I'm glad she's back too.

I'm not from the south, but I think it's cute! And I was even hating on the bottle trees earlier. Go figure.

Y'all are weird.

And me. I have a stockpile of earth destroying lightbulbs.

This reminds me. We watched The Music Man, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers and My Fair Lady in music class during middle school. That's when I discovered I love musicals.

That was The Outsiders. "Stay gold, Ponyboy." I think that was my favorite book that I ever read during school. I was super excited when we got to watch the movie.

You sure? Come here, let me rub a little more salt in that wound. Mama always said, old is as old does.

sorry. It was released in 1994, I graduated in 95. So at that point it wasn't like we were watching it because it was a classic. I would assume it hadn't been on DVD that long yet at that point. We watched it after our finals were finished at the very end of the year. You're not THAT much older than me, ya know!

Brian's song, Forrest Gump (my senior year, we had to get permission for that one), Old Yeller (torture), The Outsiders. That's all I can think of right now.

Boner was also Kirk Cameron's BFF on Growing Pains.

How exciting for him! Congrats!

Right? A good friend of mine works for the DOR, she is off today.

I have always told my family that if I ever die in an odd or outlandish way (like in a port-o-let) to include my cause of death on my headstone. For laughs. I like to make people laugh, even after I'm dead. People visiting a cemetery could probably use a laugh or a smile anyway.

Glenn Beck is smart IMO. I used to be a huge fan. I listened to him for years, before most people even knew who he was. Then he went looney. He's an alarmist. I still like him as a person, I just think he's gone way off the deep end and I don't put much stock into what he says anymore. -

Craziness. I woke up to 429 news alerts on my phone. I hope they can hurry and get the other guy. My latest news alert says they are brothers. -
Here is the recipe, I found it on Pinterest. I've never made it before. I'm going to add some garlic and Italian seasonings to the mix. Which remimds me, I forgot to buy fresh basil at the store. 1 tbs olive oil 1 lbs bulk ground sweet sausage 1/2 lbs ground beef 2 15oz cans fire roasted tomatoes 1 8oz can tomato sauce 1 small onion, sliced 1 red pepper, sliced 1 green pepper, sliced sliced provolone or mozzarella Fresh rolls Preparation: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown the sausage and ground beef, breaking into bite sized portions as it cooks. Tran

I am very limited in my web browsing as well. Pcom, Facebook and Pinterest. Occasionally I will go to TMZ and read mindless celebrity gossip.
