When I was little, we had a very big dog. One day a Jehovah Witness came to the door and asked to come in. My mom said no but he reached for door handle anyway. My sweet puppy broke through the screen door. Mom said the guy did a backflip down our stairs. Funny, we never had anyone come to our door after that.

I work near Cumberland and live off Scoggins near 61. It takes between 45mins and 1hr each way. It is not too horrible because there are lots of alt routes if there are traffic issues.

I broke my middle toe one time. I was working for a company with a strict dress code so I had to go to the doctor to get a note to not wear dress shoes. This toe was soooo swollen that it was as big as my big toe. It was also all kinds of ugly colors. The doctor looked at my foot and ask me which one it was. I could not help myself and said the one that does not look like the others.

We have Verizon and never have dropped calls in the Paulding County area. I have friends that have AT&T that can't get signal at my house.

They had a very poor fashion sense so they purchased a whole bunch of matching clothes?

My daughter had "super" lice 2 years ago. The otc product didn't work and we had to get prescription stuff. It was aweful and I felt like a horrible mom. But, if it is going to happen, it is going to happen.

We now own a Dyson. We had a Eureka and a Bissel. Neither lasted long with our pet hair and long haired daughters. With all we spent on them, we could have gotten a dyson. Ended up getting ours at Kohls with extra Kohls bucks and on sales and got it for the price of the Eureka we had.

I did see it on the news yesterday.

Congrats. My brother left for Iraq just 10 days after his second was born. It's hard but they can still have a great relationship.

Geico kept raising our rates. We went to State Farm and pay less for more coverage.

Since the doctor has not determined the source of the pain, I think that an MRI should be the next course of action. How can they prescibe PT if they don't yet know whats wrong. I think I would ask the doctor that if he tries to go that route.

If he needs it in a super hurry, there is a location in Florida that has a one or two day turn time.

My mom has it. Before having surgery, when it flared, she was in extreme pain. She has a high tolerence and it would put her down. Like another poster said, it can cause a rupture and has serious effects if that happens. It definately needs to be treated.

If this ever happens again, check out the Walgreens clinics. Most insurances treat them as doctors visits.

Bill to Require Booster Seats For 7-8 Year Old
jdb1985 replied to NewsJunky's topic in RECENT TOPICS
The guidelines are not just based on age. I believe 4'9" is the height if they are tall for their age. And, I can't remeber the weight. If they do not reach the height and weight requirements by the time they reach the age, it is recommended that they stay in the safety seat. It can get a little confusing with all the different baselines they use. -
Only on cloudy days.

Bill to Require Booster Seats For 7-8 Year Old
jdb1985 replied to NewsJunky's topic in RECENT TOPICS
We kept our daughter in a booster seat until she was 8yo. We went by the CDC recommendations and not the state recommendations. If keeping them in a booster longer keeps her safer, then that is what I will do. -
We went on Royal Caribbean in December. LOVED IT!!!!!! My 8yo is begging to go back. They had so much to do for kids that my daughter did not want to spend much time with us. My MIL went as well (seperate cabin). She has been on a number of cruises with differnt cruise lines and kept raving about this one being the best.

Why Bust One Union, And Let All The Others Fly?
jdb1985 replied to Eddie Bennett's topic in RECENT TOPICS
My husband has a job because of the Teamsters. My husband's grandfather goes way back witht the Teasmsters. I agree that some unions are no longer needed, but you can't lump them all together. I have seen from the inside just what a union can be needed for. -

I have a subscription to consumer reports so I looked up what they recommened. Under the 46-47 inch category, recommeded and best buys were: Samsung LN46C630 Hitachi Ultra Vision LG 47LD450 My parents have a Samsung and it has a great picture. We have 2 LG's and have never had a problem.

Is it me or does Mark Harmon get sexier with age?
-
We were looking at getting the Kindle only because that is the one that Consumer Reports recommended. They seem fairly close and both would get the job done.

Try the Smyrna Community Center. They have several rooms and I do know that my company has held dinners with several hundred people there.
