? I'm confused by this one. Where is a school on Bill Carruth? There are a couple down side roads but how could you be sure he was going to a school?

Maybe they really actually already have everything they want. Why not shop for some kids less fortunate. There are kids who wish for things they will never be able to have unless someone gives from their heart. And what a wonderful gift your children would receive in return.

Oh my gosh!!!!!! Can not believe Mr. Rooney has passed away so soon after leaving 60 minutes! This is on Yahoo News this morning but did not say how he passed. Shocked and saddened.

I think the bus driver should have got the rack. Just sayin'. Can you tell I'm a bus driver? Can't tell ya how many I've almost hit. And this afternoon on Garmon Rd., off of Ridge, almost got a whole flock of turkeys. About 12 of them crossing the road in front of us. My kids get so excited when we see this. Edited to say "Garmon Rd." not Garmom.

Only place I know of is the range in Temple. Also, it was always very crowded on the weekends. Not as much on weekday afternoons.

My son's middle school football coach told them he wanted them drinking water only. No Gatorade or Powerade was allowed.

Perhaps the driver stopped to pick the kids up coming in because he knew he was running late and did not want them to have to wait out in the cold any longer. No sub is ever going to drive a route the same as the regular driver who is familiar with it. Same as no sub teacher is ever going to teach a class as well as the regular teacher. It's just common sense. They are a substitute!

Okay, Animal hasn't answered me so I asked my 15 year old son. I could tell by his reaction that it was not him or his friends. He was truly, sincerely shocked. Then appalled I would even think it could be him.

A friend of mine celebrated her 50th birthday today with a cake from your shop. Her husband ordered it and picked it up. She said it was beautiful and delicious. She went on and on about it! I can't wait to see the pictures.

Though my house is not a "farmhouse" it is a white ranch with a wrap around front porch. The roof and shutters are black. The front door used to be black but I painted it red 2 years ago and I love it. The red door adds character to my home. I am not a "red" person per se. I don't wear red much at all because it's not a good color on me but it is a good color on my house.

I am so sorry for your loss and pain! Monday will be very difficult for you but you will be in the thoughts and prayers of many. Maybe you can do something special for yourself that day in his honor. Something he would enjoy watching/seeing you enjoy.

I'm thinking about going with a digital antenna myself. Talked to Larry Hart Thursday as I was thinking about switching to DishNetwork. I currently have Comcast for reception/local channels only and am paying about $13 a month. I also have Netflix for $9. The Dish Network deal right now would be cheaper than that. Larry suggested I might be interested in having him install a digital antenna on my roof. He said it's a box, costs about $300, and picks up usually between 60 and 75 channels. I'm considering my options. Sure would be nice to eliminate those monthly bills but I would like to

I still had about half of my elementary kids on the bus when I spotted it yesterday afternoon. They really got excited. Some told me they had never seen it before. It is cool.

I normally watch Dr.Phil every day but refused to watch it yesterday. If these people have something worth hearing to say, they should have said it on the stand as far as I am concerned. If they reveal something in the interview that indicates they lied and committed perjury while under oath, I hope they are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Yeah, all the talk about spending your money in the county................with the Hiram grocery stores gone, I now have to go to Publix in Powder Springs or Kroger on Brownsville in Powder Springs, both in Cobb County. They are both closer to me than the Publix and Kroger on Ridge Road. The ones in Hiram were closer than Powder Springs though. So sad, too bad.
