It's a midterm election year. Congress aint going to do jack or shiot.

Have you tried turning it off and back on again?

Tina Waddell is a friend of my wifes. They worked together at the YMCA. I am sort of on the fence but personally I think it might have been a planned attack. Not necessarily against her specifically more like she was in the wrong place at the wrong time and ended up the victim.

Could also have been condensation in your fuel tank. That can happen with temperatures fluctuate like they did and you don't have a full tank. Probably unlikely you got bad fuel at two different locations.

Personally I would just purchase a pressure washer and do it myself. It will pay for itself in the short term because you can use it for other things like your house siding, car and driveway when it needs it again. I got a Briggs&Straton 10 years ago at Sears and it is still running strong.

With the new GA enhanced DL requirements it will make it harder for someone who is not here legally to get a DL.

Slow-poke bill aims to stop left-lane lingerers
HardwareDJ replied to AustinPlantation's topic in RECENT TOPICS
That's what I was thinking. It is just another "feel good" law. Of course if the person is in the left lane going the speed limit there is nothing law enforcement can do at this time so I can see the benefit of the bill. I think people who drive in the left lane and go slow do it out of spite because they want to slow the fast drivers down. All it does is create a dangerous situation. Let's not even mention how difficult it is to change lanes with everyone speeding around you on the right side. I am at the age and level of maturity that when I drive on the interstates I stay in -

It's is never good when you are called into a meeting on a Sunday morning. Got the layoff notice, have till May 31st then I am out of a job. I have been wanting to quit for a while now since the company (IBM) is imploding from the top down and it was a very good possibility we would all loose our jobs next year anyway. They already farmed out a good portion of our work to Egypt and they are trying to sell off the business unit I work in to Lenovo. Oh well, guess now I have the motivation to find something better.

For all you facebook users there is a post going around saying "Justin Bieber killed 7-year-old boy". It is a scam that tries to get your enter your user information. The sad part is over 38 million people and counting have shared the post. For all you none-facebook users you can disregard this post. There is really no reason to post that you don't use facebook because it is irrelevant. A viral Facebook post that claims Canadian pop star Justin Bieber killed a seven-year-old boy who was walking to school with his 12-year-old sister in a DUI-related crash has turned out to be a

You obviously did not read my post.

First, where did the people who abandoned their cars go? If they were close enough to walk home I don't see why they did not just keep going. I can understand some people probably ran out of fuel but if you abandoned your car you had to go somewhere. Second, why didn't those who abandoned their cars go get them yesterday? Road conditions were greatly improved and all the roads I took around East Paulding/Crossroads area were passable. I can understand if your car was in a ditch you might not be able to get someone to come pull you out but a lot of the cars I saw on Cedercrest and 92

Road conditions this morning-list if you know
HardwareDJ replied to paulas2girls's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Cedercrest is fine, still has some snow covered areas but I went from Crossroads all the way up to 41 and back with zero issues. You just have to be careful around the hilly areas as there is still a lot of cars abandoned in the traffic lane and in about 2 places there was only room for a single car to pass at a time. Also went all the way down 92 from Crossroads to East Paulding Dr then E Paulding down to Dallas Hyway again no issues. Road is still covered in hard packed snow but you can tell they sanded it over night. Couple abandoned cars in the traffic lane near Due West Rd is all. -
Letter from Cliff Cole school superintendent
HardwareDJ replied to Lady Raider's topic in RECENT TOPICS
I had enough common sense to know they were going to close school early so I did not even bother sending my kid to school. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize it is probably best to just keep your kid home when the entire state is under a winter warning. On the flip side I fail to understand why they closed school for 2 days because it was "cold" yet when snow and ice is eminent they don't close school? Someone sure had their head up their arse on this one. They should give that person a promotion because we all know incompetency in government deserves a promotion. -
Yes. For business looks like they do. http://emcsecurity.com/VideoSurveillanceCameras-20

Not really any different then using a regular coffee maker with the coffee grounds, it just pours the water through the grounds. Just that it makes a single serving versus a large pot.

EMC security. Been using them for years no issues. Under $20 a month for monitoring.

Keurig Elite 40. Standard model came with 2 cups sizes but we found one that had 3 cup sizes. Don't use it a lot since I am not a big coffee drinker, I mostly use it for ice coffee and hot chocolate. No cons that I have found. Works as expected.

A right to look at porn while at work? I like how she thinks. I wonder how he got caught?

If they have had it for 8 years might not be the same as what they sell today. Call them and see if they will send a free replacement. Threaten to cancel if they won't. You can buy a replacement but you will most likely need to call ATT and give them the MAC address so they can set it up on their Network. That is what I did with my cable. Beats paying the stupid rental fee.

Magic pill? Seriously there is no "magic pill" that is going to make you loose weight. All the fat burners/weight loss pills in the world are not going to work if you don't also change your diet and do exercise. Easiest thing to do is go to myfitnesspal.com and setup a profile and track your food intake. If you don't have a caloric deficit your just wasting your money with weight-loss pills.

So called the Kaiser member services. Got a message about high call volume then spoke to a representative straight away. Had no issues getting my ID# and my sons. Funny part is they would not give me the wifes# because of HIPPA. There is 1 number difference between mine and my kids so safe bet that is her member number.
-
I did go online last night and try to register but the Kaiser registration required my ID# which I don't have. I got their members phone number and my employer group # so I plan on calling today to see if I can get my ID#. The doctor who did the surgery at CHOA is a KP member so I lucked out there. That was the biggest issue I had with changing insurance plans, I have to switch Doctors. So much for "if you like your doctor you can keep them". Of course I made the decision to change insurance plans but the ACA made my previous insurance just to expensive. I wish WellStar would st

So if you listen to the media a lot of talk has been about people with coverage but no proof and being possibly being denied care. Thanks to the affordable care act AKA ObamaCare my current employee provided insurance has become more expensive then I was able to pay. Not only did the rates go up but so did all the co-pays and stuff, basically doubling what I had been paying. My employer offers several different plans so I switched to a cheaper plan which still provided the same coverage. I went from Blue Cross to kaiser permanente. Of course as of now I have not received my insu
