From my experiences with Helping Hands, and I have been there for over 3 yrs. I know pretty much everyone there. I can NOT believe that any of Helping Hands volunteers would act like that!!!!!! If, by chance you ARE talking about Helping Hands, please provide me with information and I will see that this is reported to the proper person and it taken care of immediately. My husband also makes pickups and I "KNOW" he would never act like that!!!! Thanks, Mrs G

I get something like this about once a month, it goes into the spam folder. I really hope no one falls for this stuff.

Helping Hands is now taking clothing donations. Nothing that is junk or stained up, please. We will eventually have a clotthing bank as well. Once we get the inventory built up, it should be in opened, one day a month. I will fill you in on the details once I know when and where. Helping Hands is trying to become bigger and better. It will take time but, we will get there.

Definately but, on our way home to New Ga, all we saw was $3.44 (Kroger @ 278 & 61,or more) When will it end, this gas craziness????

$3.37 We are waiting our turn to buy gas. Only need about a 1/4 tank but, for this price, we will gladly wait!!!!! With the .03 off, makes it $3.34 SWEET!!!!

Sorry to hijack this thread but, I pray they don't name the new EAST HIRAM PKWY something stupid like.........Jerry Shearin Pkwy. PLEASE DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN. East Hiram Pkwy sounds pretty darn good to me!!!! Heck, West Hiram Pkwy wa a good choice too, but, they changed it's name, also. ;(

La Bamba (New Ga shopping Center) is having a Half Off Special Sept 19, 20 & 21. It's been a year since they opened up and Hubby and I were their first customers. Maybe we can be the first ones again on that same day???? jk

I have noticed one area has grass so high/tall, that it has covered the road sign on the side of the road.

I'm Sorry , I misunderstood your post but, you stated that the man was still mad and/or had hard feelings toward you and that lead me to think that you had to evict them. Otherwise, why would they hold bad feelings?? :pardon:NO need to explain, it's none of no ones business. But, it did make me suspicious.

Rhodes Furniture did this years ago maybe 2003, they told us we had to bring in all documents, and they would/could not pull old docs from the file. It was a hassle but, if you wanted coverage, you did what they asked for. Obama Care wasn't around then.

WOW................Do you "really" think it's wise to be puttting someones personal information on this board, or any public chat board for that matter. That's kind of slanderous. We're also landlords and that's kind of unethical to post someones name, where they go to church and their pastors email address, that they were behind/in default on their rent and had to be kicked out, for all the public to see. Did the tenant and pastor give their consent for you to air their personal information? You might want to re-think- that post! NOT COOL AT ALL!!!!

The newer place across from the CVS, (near GSP Office) is Lin Gardens

If you are ever in the Carrollton area, or going near it................. take an extra few minutes and have lunch at Evergreens Chinese Food Restaurant, they are awesome, the owners are nice and friendly, the place is clean and the food is THE BEST around. They have the Lunch Buffet Sunday thru Friday 11-2 (I'm pretty sure they are open on Monday's) They don't do the buffet on Saturdays because there isn't enough business to make a profit.

I'll have to study on this a little more and maybe ask my PC Dr if it's ok with the 12 or 13 different meds I take on a daily basis.
