Seems to me that would defeat the purpose of creating jobs for local residents in the deal...as well as adding to traffic in the most congested areas with commuters coming from other areas. I have each of those as well as another with very large flowers that are very pale lilac in the center and darker around the edge. The one I have that resembles the photo on the left has larger flowers and are lighter in color than the photo above. It is a beautiful plant when in full bloom. lol My house is 50+ years old and wasn't that great before it was renovated in the late 80s. Welcome to hell! Be thankful you are not one person trying to do all that plus keep the yard mowed & trimmed, house clean, laundry done & put away, cooking, grocery shopping, etc. Plus a(nother) full time job to pay the bills.

ceramic tile? don't know that I'd use murphys or pine sol on it if so. seems to me it might not be good for the grout? they make some good tile cleaners, can find em at HD in the tile flooring area and some in the cleaning supplies area.
