Well gee, won't that just add to the already crippling debt? Don't feed poor people but when it comes to keeping ebola away from YOU AND YOURS spare no expense? I mean, it can't be cheap to babysit adults in different locales all over the US or to provide a containment area with 'caretakers' to tend to them while they are isolated from everyone else-including each other? How many times do you intend to repeat this? It's unnecessary and annoying & nobody here is so stupid they didn't get the message the first dozen times or so... Well I'm surprised and a little disappointed by some of the comments on this thread. Others are not surprising at all.

I don't see how this is any different than the average person out to make all the money he can, by whatever means available...legal or otherwise. Taking something that doesn't belong to you and to which you are not entitled is stealing, plain and simple, and the officers participating in this criminal behavior should be arrested same as anybody else.
