What kind of a children's book selection do you have? I have a 4 yo that would enjoy some new books with some of her Christmas money.

Yes,Compromise is what marriage is about. It has worked for us for 11 years. Once you add those babies....you will Really learn about compromise or tag teaming as we call it. We tend to do a lot of that with 3 kids...24yo, 17yo, and 4.5 yo.

We have different clocks here but that is largely to the fact that he has always worked nights until the last few weeks. Tonight, we have comprimised...he is asleep on the sofa while I stay up...that is what happens when I take a midafternoon nap. Normally, I'm the one crashing. One of us will usually crash in the living room while the other stays up and when the other gets ready to go to bed, we get the crashed one up and get them to bed with us.. That is sweet that you all go to bed together and that you are willing to compromise.

I would offer it here on the freebees forum or on freecycle.com. Let it be known what is not working on it so that there are no suprises for the person taking it.

Hubby just went outside and said that the stuff on the road in front of our place is starting to melt. I checked on Weather.com and it said that the temp had gone up a degree. Mr. Dis, thank you and your co workers for all you do. Please stay safe on any calls you have to go out on tonight/tomorrow.

I saw the oatmeal the other day when we were there getting some breakfast. I almost tried it then but chickened out.

Has anyone tried the now oatmeal at McD's? Is it sweet? Is the fruit they show, crunchy? I am just curious about it and want to know if it is worth my time and money .

WOW!!! My son is a Jr in high school and he made a 83 on this test. Now, he is also in advanced and honors classes so that says a lot for his intelligence. Needless to say, recruitors are are contacting him reguarly. Right now, it is between the Army and Navy. He'd Really like to get the Navy scholarship and go to Auburn for his education. Time will tell.

Thank you. I was wondering about that. Can we take our own photos or are we only allowed to purchase what they take? We will be up there to see you tomorrow, Wed., for sure . Listen out for the name Elana and you will know it is me and my princess.

Small hijack here....Bumble Bee....what are you holiday hours/days? Thanks. Hijack over Thanks everyone for the recipes. I'm thinking about trying the french toast one. I'm on the search for a good crockpot breakfast casserole recipe. -
After my previous post, we found our way there tonight . At first, the fact that there were no other patrons there scared me a bit. I've always heard that the parking lot is a good an indication of the food at a resturant. Well, nothing could be further from the truth with this one. Eating there felt like we were eating with friends, even though we had never met them before. The service was Great, yet I felt comfortable enough to get up and get what I needed (silverware, sugar, etc) if no one was around to get it for me. The prices are not bad for the quality and portions of food you

Thanks. I wonder what the deal is with their phone number. I will go back and look for their specials. Are they here in the Cafe?

I know I have been out of the loop for the last week or so I am not up on the latest happenings of the county. I tried to call the number listed in the directory for Taste of Dixie and it says that the number has been disconnected. We are talking about going there for supper tonight and I don't want to drive all the way out there (it is on the opposite side of the county for me) if they have closed down. So, are they still open or not? TIA
-
Closing tomorrow would be one of the worst things that could happen to my students. They All need to be at school to review for finals that start on Tues.. Believe me, the teachers understand what the kids go through having to stand out in this nasty temps. . Many of us have duty outside throughout the day.

My Grandmother used to get me and my cousins pjs when we were growing up. My Mom would always get me the Estee Lauder make up gift sets as I got older. Once I became a Mom she made sure to get me something that only I could enjoy/use. Now that she is enjoying Christmas from Heaven, Dad's new tradition is to give us money.

Is it being held at EPHS?

Thank you Very much for this information. I may ask Santa for this for Christmas. I am finding that the number of students with Autism is increasing every year. Do you mind if I pass this along to my other teacher friends?

From what I understand the child lives in the neighborhood across from the school. I'm glad to hear that she is okay. One of the teachers on my team taught the student and is very concerned about her.

My student loan forgiveness to kick in, a decent credit score so that we could get approved for a home loan, someone to purchase my mobile home for about $5000,another $3000 in cash or just $8000 for the mobile home, purchase a home...and have that be a smooth process. The home doesn't have to be huge...I'll be happy with 1500-2000 square feet....that will seem huge after living in a 16x80 mobile home for the last 7 years. Other than that....I want to be able to teach without having to deal with boat loads of paperwork and disrespectful students/hateful parents, for my students to p
