Sorry but I know her "personally" as well and she is not "nice" nor does she have a true grasp of the issues. She is a total embarrassment to Paulding, but hey what else is new. Of course GA is the laughing stock of the US right now with who we elected as Governor...hmmm....one choice ethics issues and the other had already been kicked to the curb previously. We were going to be an embarrassment no matter which one was elected.

They are working on it at night from 11 pm through the next morning due to the level of traffic on the road. So they have limited times to do it in and not cause massive wait times for all you poor folks that want to complain about the road before hand and then complain when they are fixing it. Is is slated to be completely finished in about two weeks...again they have to follow procedures and patch and then put the final coating on, etc. all at night while you guys are sleeping so that when you wake in the AM, you will have a nice smooth road with no bumpys on it.

We love you Cody, the sweet angel that you were and the special angel you are now. You are in God's hands now and we can all smile about that. We will miss you.

But there is a HUGE difference in dropping charges and pretrial diversion. By going the PRe-trial diversion route she more or less accepted that she was guilty as charged. I am not sure why folks keep taking up for her. She was horrible when she was on the school board (yes I work in the system and witnessed several times with my own eyes) and now she is continuing to act as if she is untouchable. {{sigh}} Honestly, I usually vote Republican but between her and Deal....the unethical behavior is just tooo much! If I buy a car from an individual in Alabama or Tennessee, do I have to pay sales tax when I transfer the registration to GA? I wanted to buy from an individual to keep from paying sales tax and I have seen a few across the state line. Just wondering. Thanks in advance

It is being used for the LEAP program, which works with severely autistic children, it is also being used by the district office for professional learning center for teachers as well. The district is putting the old building to good use!

Extreme Tree Works came out today and took care of a bunch of trees and "stuff" in our yard. Jason and his crew did a GREAT job and we really appreciate it. They did a lot of work for a fair price. Thanks Jason

I went to high school with Brent, his brother and I graduated together. He was a good guy and I am so sorry for his family.

Lee was awesome tonight, in fact I think that was the best he has done from the get go. The little guy just did a pretty good job as well. Better than last week for him.

After working in a high school for 16 years and hearing all the after stories, there is no way in HADES either of my kids will go down there will still in high school. Nope, not going to happen, they can hate me all they want, but it is my job as a parent to protect my kids as long as I can. Sorry, but any parent who lets their 16 or 17 year old child go down there with a bunch of friends unchaperoned should be forced to take parenting classes.

Have you tried any of the new book readers, like Kindle or Nook? You can enlarge the font size of those and they have books for them for around 10-15 dollars. Just one thought. Also, I have used a site called audible.com in which I can download books to my itunes account and put them on me ipod and they are read aloud. Both could be possibly helpful for you.

I had a car take off the front end of my bumper. She was apparently cutting through the parking places to go around instead of actually following the road. Luckily, one of the young men working at the store who was gathering buggies saw the entire thing happen. She just parked her car way far away from mine and went on into Wally World. The young man working there had written down her license plate for me and stood there while I called the police. She left no note, nothing on my car. 30 minutes later she comes out of the store humming along....when the young man working there spotted her,
