I am very interested in trying to find a yoga class nearby. I live near Mt. Tabor Park. I looked at the Parks and Rec guide and did not see any on there. I have certain health issues and my doctor has strongly suggested that yoga could be very beneficial to me. Any info you guys could pass on would be great.

I do not think it is going to be out until Feb. They are trying to get everything done with the new middle school first and then the Board will finalize the school calendar. Wish it was going to be sooner!

UGH!, I am so ticked. Rachel handled herself so well! Nicole had to walk off stage from all the boos! I see Rachel having her own show on the Disney channel very soon! Honestly, she may be better off off the show because it leaves her open for more opportunities. But still sad to see her smiling face leave:(

That was her best performance in weeks, maybe overall! I am amazed at how poised and classy she is! Her parents have done a great job raising an absolute doll!

I do agree and think that he is going to see the bottom again next week....natural consequences all the way. I would not want to be him after LA Reid gets a hold of him after the show.

It was time for Stacey to go home...Astro is SOOOOO talented with his words and writing....and being the mom of a 14 year old boy, I cannot imagine him being able to handle that kind of pressure as Astro has on there. THey said last night he has not seen his mother in a month as she is working and cannot come to LA....just a tough situation. BUT he is going to suffer the natural consequences from his behavior with losing fans after tonight. He messed up tonight and I think LA Reid is going to kick his butt for it. I love this show. I have not watched this past Sunday's episode yet, no chance without the kiddos yet. I found it totally on accident one night and was hooked from the very beginning.

Thank you. Stephen was a wonderful young man. I understand that his family decided to donate his organs. How awesome that others will have an improved life/a life because of Stephen. He gets to live on in those he helped:)

POpe just went ahead 29 to East 23 with 5:46 left in the game. East may just lose their first game this season tonight.

I am sooooo MAD about Heigel as Stephanie! What a crock....she drives me batty and is not a good actress at all in my opinion. She is NOT Stephanie, so I will most likely NOT go see the movie....{{sigh}}I agree with a poster above, I hate when they ruin a good thing.

So, I am a bit frustrated with this show right now. WHY are the choosing the songs and the arrangements they are making them sing? I just don't think they are good for showcasing their talents for many of the performers. Just not impressed with this phase of the competition! BUT....I still LOVE Rachel Crowe...she is adorable and I LOVE her voice!

Create a corner in her room for reading. Get a big fluffy bean bag for her to sit in and use. My son has sensory issues as well and one thing that worked wonders for him was a big bean bag (I mean a HUGE ONE) that when he sat in it, it enveloped him. He could also lay on the ground and put it on top of himself which worked awesomely on those really tough days. I think the art area is a great idea for her if she loves art, just make it very organized so everything has it's own place (and make sure the organization is such that she can keep up with it and out things away herself...let her help y
