Is anyone going to try to win Chicken for a year?

I'll be the one selling sprays of sunscreen from a Super Soaker for $5. -
Last month it was $198. This month, with it being so hot and the A/C running alot, it has jumped to $429. 117% Increase! Come on, FALL.

This story reminds of the takeoff of Carrie Underwood's song "Jesus take the wheel".

Wife's Diary: Tonight, I thought my husband was acting weird. We had made plans to meet at a nice restaurant for dinner. I was shopping with my friends all day long, so I thought he was upset at the fact that I was a bit late, but he made no comment on it. Conversation wasn't flowing, so I suggested that we go somewhere quiet so we could talk. He agreed, but he didn't say much. I asked him what was wrong; He said, 'Nothing.' I asked him if it was my fault that he was upset. He said he wasn't upset, that it had nothing to do with me, and not to worry about it. On the way hom

Hard to write an autobiography in 300-500 words

Cheech and Chong are great! -
Most of the jobs lost have been in the private section. Government jobs have been on the rise. I'm not sure where you're getting your bad information.

Sounds like you need to shock, shock, and shock your pool. Mine was cloudy and we just had to get the free chorine levels up.

Juror #2 sheds some light on 'not guilty' verdict
Georgia Dawg replied to GipperGirl's topic in RECENT TOPICS
I wonder if a jury's verdict would be any different if they were sequestered WITH THEIR family at some RESORT SPA so that the hardship was less. You'd probably have less people trying to get out of jury duty. -

On Monday, I get up and eat breakfast. I get dressed for school. I go to school and meet cool people. I come home and eat dinner and go to bed. On Tuesday, I get up and eat breakfast. I get dressed for school. I go to school and meet cool people. I come home and eat dinner and go to bed. On Wednesday, I get up and eat breakfast. I get dressed for school. I go to school and meet cool people. I come home and eat dinner and go to bed. etc. etc. etc. -
Same thing for us in 2009. One thing, when you get a chance to get those death certificates - get a bunch. You'll probably need them all over time and you don't want to go back later to get one or two.

Should TV camara's be banned from court rooms?
Georgia Dawg replied to bvrat5199's topic in RECENT TOPICS
If TV cameras are allowed in the court room to see our justice system work and see someone convicted, shouldn't TV cameras be allowed in the execution chambers to see our justice system work and the completion of that work? It could be broadcast on one of those public access channels that you could block your children from viewing if you so desired. However, with our CSI/NCIS/L&O society that sees that stuff on TV everyday, it probably wouldn't inflict any discomfort to anyone or deter someone from committing a crime. -
Only if we get to watch!

This is not the kind of news that the various colleges' graduating class of 2011 was expecting either. These numbers do not even include those numbers of college graduates who haven't found gainful employment yet.

30 year space program - Final Launch Today
Georgia Dawg replied to raegweed's topic in RECENT TOPICS
It is unbelievable the amount of knowledge that these space vehicle engineers have and utilize in getting these space shuttles into orbit. It concerns me that many of the American kids that graduate today can hardly read, write or figure out mathematical problems. I have some serious doubts about our next generation and any facet of a true space program. -
It chapped my butt to see how Obama and his administration laughed about this situation while Americans everywhere are hurting.

Jobs barely rise, dashing hopes of economic revival WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. employment growth ground to a halt in June, with employers hiring the fewest number of workers in nine months, dampening hopes the economy was on the cusp of regaining momentum after stumbling in recent months. ... The unemployment rate climbed to 9.2 percent, the highest since December... WHITE HOUSE HEADACHESSigns the labor market is struggling is a major blow for the Obama administration, which has struggled to get the economy to create enough jobs to absorb the 14.1 million unemployed Americans. I don't doubt that's so, but $111K for 3 years isn't great pay for a lawyer.

The Okefenokee swamp would be a better place for her, especially with the fires to destroy any of the evidence.

The defense team didn't get paid. They defended Casey for the publicity. The other attorneys already get a salary so no expense there. And 12 jurors not getting to do their regular jobs? Small potatoes compared to the millions you are out of work, or underemployed.

He could hire a hit-man, and long as there is a doubt whether he hired him or not, George could get off. After all, they're a dysfunctional family, right?

Perhaps if Caylee's biological father was found or came forward, he might have 'cause' to bring a case against her. Perhaps she'll screw up again like she did with the check fraud.

Sounds like it's the tub bearing that's going bad. They sell a tub bearing kit for around $50.
