I could probably agree with that, but the problem is that the 'other' was actually a REPUBLICAN who knew nothing about being a Conservative. -
For those irritating tailgaters, it's always handy to have a water pistol filled with vegetable oil and a sun roof in your car. Just saying....

This mess has EVERYTHING to do with Obama. Although Bush did contribute into getting the US into this mess, the Left was confident that Obama would be able to get the US out of it by increasing the size of government and increasing spending exponentially. However, now even the Left has realized that Obama's policies - developed by those select individuals from academia who have never run a business, met a budget or managed a payroll - have not and will not work to bring this country out of this Depression. In ALL previous Recessions and Depressions, it has been Free Market Capitalism that has

But I thought I heard them saying on the TV that the economy was turning around. The cuts from the debt ceiling bill only account for a few days worth of government spending so that won't have any effect on the economy. If they REALLY wanted to make the news they should have had their WINDOWS ROLLED DOWN while the snake was on the windshield. Yeah, that would've got ya.

The driver of the pickup was from Covington and the family in the Nissan were from Memphis, TN.

It's strange how terms that have one meaning get used in another context and eventually become known only by that application. I remember seeing one of those 4x8 lighted signs down in Albany GA in front of a hair salon that said "Blow jobs $10" which was totally legitimate - a hair cut. However, being the juveniles we were, we snickered at the sign.

What concerns me is - "Of the three, two received life-threatening injuries and remain listed in critical condition, while the third received serious injuries, Gurley said" - that it appears that the third who received serious injuries and was taken to Paulding Welstar Hospital is the one who passed away today. Perhaps all of them should have been lift-flighted together? The other two supposedly received life-threatening injuries.

Instead of coming up with NEW projects, I want to see a Project on getting rid of our debt by cutting out overspending and duplication in services. -

I heard that she had been staying on at the Plantation on St. George Island and had bleached out her hair. I wonder if the media is going to get pictures of her when she returns, since there isn't another train wreck for them to focus on just yet.

I was at cardiac rehab at 8AM at Paulding Hospital and saw the fire trucks and helicopter waiting to take someone elsewhere. Prayers for everyone involved.

The top 1% employ the majority of Americans in this country and the top 1% pay the majority of the taxes. Of course, some people don't want facts getting in the way of a good class envy story. -
Have you checked out the store on Bankhead highway in Mableton? I believe it has a unique name - Furniture Furniture.

Fixing the budget/deficit issue - a modest proposal

The more I read about the Mack Penny plan from Connie Mack, the more I like it - it's simple and easy for any American to understand. Lock next years spending levels at the current 2011 spending. Reduce the following years spending by 1 percent. Continue reducing each years spending by 1 percent. At the 6th year, lock spending at 18% of GDP. Balances the budget in 8 years. If Congress can't target which programs will be cut to achieve the total 1% reduction then the 1% reduction will be applied across the board. I believe this is something that any taxpayer or homeowner could l
