A word of advice. I would visit each of the pawn shops and provide the info to them directly. Granted, the sheriff's department is supposed to followup on stuff like this, but I can tell you from experience that they don't always followup promptly (maybe 1% of the time they do). Nothing will go further than you getting out there and talking with pawn shop owners directly, in person.

I would suspect something going on with the water line leading from the water meter to your house.

Yep, that's what we had. It was the dip tube in the water heater. Of course our options were to wash out the water heater and replace the dip tube or, since the water heater was over 10 years old, replace the water heater with a more efficient model. We went with the replacement. Oh, and don't don't buy a hot water heater - you don't need to heat hot water. Just get a water heater.

I use ICDSoft. No problems and probably one of the cheapest around.

If that 'gunk' is white, plastic looking stuff, then it could the the dip tube in your water heater is breaking up.

Hopefully, if you live in that subdivision just west of Nebo and Bill Carruth you also obey the traffic laws and turn right out of there and only turn right going in. Anything else can get you a ticket. -
The tap water in Atlanta has high levels of Viagra and HIV medications. This isn't from people throwing medications away. It's from... well you know...

Oh, the humanity! Send in Al Sharpton! Texas prisons end special last meals in executions Officials who oversee the country's busiest death chamber stopped the practice on Thursday after a prominent state senator complained about a hefty request from a man executed for his role in a notorious dragging death. Now, inmates get to eat only what the kitchen serves. The controversy began after Lawrence Russell Brewer, who was executed on Wednesday for the hate crime slaying of James Byrd Jr. more than a decade ago, asked for two chicken fried steaks, a triple-meat bacon cheeseburger, fried o -
I wasn't basis my opinion on the costs, I was basing it upon which position would be best or remain in the next 5-10 years.

If our medical insurance system goes the way that it is intended, this is probably what will happen: medical assisting - very low pay since the physician that this person will be assisting will be on a fixed salary. nursing assistant - see medical assisting phlebotomy - reduction in workforce as the number of tests are drastically curtailed physical therapy / assistant - reduction in workforce as therapy will be rationed only to a few medical billing - won't be needed in a single payer system ultrasound / x-ray tech - fewer ultrasounds/x-rays will be allowed, limited to a daily quota

Dow falls 391 on worldwide fears about economy. Investors began giving in to fears Thursday that a global recession is already under way, and stock markets shuddered around the world. Selling started in Asia, picked up speed in Europe and sent Wall Street near its worst finish of the year. The Dow Jones industrial average lost 391 points and at one point was down more than 500, a return to the volatility that gripped the market this summer. FedEx, a company that ships so many goods it is considered a barometer of the U.S. economy, had to lower its earnings forecast for the year... Surve

Too bad they don't do electrocution anymore. Otherwise they could have juiced him, and then used a defibrillator to bring him back and then juiced him again. -
Oh yeah. Amazing that those candidates would allow themselves to be tagged as (I) for IDIOTS!

Hey Troy, when you sit in ol' Sparky, remember to 'Buckle up!' cuz it's the law! Oh, crap! We don't have the electric chair anymore. And they'll do that ridiculous thing with the alcohol swab before they give him that injection. What's that all about? -
