TP talks about income inequality again

Just because people slow down to look at a car accident, doesn't mean the person did it to get people to look... -
Dunno. But better see them quick. The directors want to raise ticket prices to as much as $150 per person. My link My link

Who do you think was (is) the greatest President?
Georgia Dawg replied to cookies are sweet's topic in RECENT TOPICS
George Washington has definitely a humble President. They wanted to elect him King but he wouldn't have it. Even though there was no rule about it, no president ran for a third term until FDR, who thought a lot of himself. He did a lot to damage this country. I feel Ronald Reagan was one of the greatest presidents in our lifetime - his humbleness, his ability to console, his ability to inspire, his wit, his ability to lead and surround himself with sharp people, his ability to speak without teleprompters... -
I don't really care who started the program. I do care who is currently ABUSING the program. I AM REALLY concerned that the majority of the Americans polled in favor of giving up their 4th amendment rights. Now the government doesn't have to worry about changing the constitution in the prescribed manner. They can simply do it covertly and say "It's about the War on Terror".

So they were 'Push starts' and not the "Pull starts"?

After seeing and hearing the IRS testimonies before Congress, apparently it's okay to simply Apologize and say "I'm sorry..." No jail time, no firing, no fines...

I guess those of us who grew up without cell phones can still see a life without them now.

Walmart costing taxpayers 900,000 per store.
Georgia Dawg replied to CitizenCain's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Stupid stuff. Right, it's the employer's fault. Just fire them all and hire only a handful of well paid individuals so that everyone feels good about Walmart taking care of their employees. It's always an interest conversation point to see one which side of the decision you would go. A business has to decrease it's payroll expenses by 20%. Would you A) fire 20% of your employees or have your employees take a 20% pay cut? -
Maybe they want to lay in bed and watch TV, and it's just too hot inside the house. I've seen a lot of houses with living room furniture out in the front yard...

Whenever I see the initials TP I think of Toilet Paper. And Toilet Paper is used to clean up the bullcheeze that TP and other things spew. -
The last time I was at my daughter's, I asked if she had a newspaper. She said "I don't waste my time on newspapers - that's so old fashioned". She then said "Here...use my tablet". I'll tell you what. That fly never knew what hit him !!!!!

The sales price is different than the listing price. And the sales price does not have to be dependant on what the comps are. If the transaction is a cash deal, then it is totally dependant on what the buyer will pay. If there is a mortgage involved, then the buyer can put more cash down if the comps don't come in high enough and he still wants the house. Of course, he could walk away from the deal too, based on the contingencies written into the contract.

A new scam claiming to be from Microsoft
Georgia Dawg replied to cookies are sweet's topic in RECENT TOPICS
All the Microsoft (flag) key and R do is open a Run window. Nothing harmful. It's what they 'ask' you to run that might do something. -
Sure the commission comes from the seller, but that seller has inflated his price to cover commission expenses. A FSBO sale for the same house would be lower since the seller hasn't increased his price to cover those expenses.

Sirens???? I can't hear them over all that roaring....

I didn't know that a snake could double as a security system too...

Whew! I thought food prices were going up. Now TP has informed us that it's the price of stakes! I haven't seen any vampires around so I have no need to buy any of those.

Proves my point. TP doesn't have a clue what/who a true conservative is. TP is apparent working from someone else's talking points... -

Too bad he's confused at what a conservative actually is. But he's got the DA down pat. -
Why the run on stakes? Has someone been seeing vampires in the area?
