A total of 6 kids came by, and of the 6, two boys weren't dressed up. One was wearing a Tim Tebow jersey...so, I'm not sure if that was his costume or not. For most people here, a Tebow jersey is going to win just as many people over as a President Obama costume, especially on a night that UGA gets whupped.

I completely understand, but the lack of jobs in Atlanta, let alone Paulding, is simply ridiculous. Imagine if there were jobs in abundance in PC...retail and dining would improve...more sales taxes collected...more time with families...etc... Wake me up. The county has been satisfied with being a bedroom community and IF it ever changes, I think I'll be too old to care.

I just don't like them period. I can handle realistic violence (war movies, crimes dramas) no problem, but gratuitous violence just doesn't do anything for me.

I do stop, but I admit, if I have a place to be, I'm none too happy. I used to live near Forest Lawn in California, waiting for processions was almost a daily affair. I hate stopping period... for ambulances, school buses, pedestrians...but I do.

Couldn't agree with you more. I was "given" a job in San Diego, but asked for a raise (cost of living, primarily) and relocation assistance. I guess that was a bad mistake, as I wasn't given a raise (it actually would have been a pay cut as I would have gone from hourly to salary) or relo, and when I said I couldn't make the move financially, I was laid off. I would not be asking for a raise right now. Don't give the company a chance to question your worth...just my 2 cents, but good luck.
