It appears the charge was reduced from a felony to a misdemeanor. I don't know why the bond would be much over $500. I believe once he was booked on the felony, only the DA's office could reduce the charge? Something is just not adding up on this one.

Interesting he is still being held on a misdemeanor charge...

I had an old GE that required the long coils at the back of the drum. They were a pain to get to. I use partselect.com - look up the model number and see if they are the long coil as opposed to the "one screw" type elements that are in many units today. The temperature sensor could also be bad as well. You need an ohm meter to check them and it can also be used to check the element. This will help ensure you purchase the correct part.

I just got on to do a search on this one....

My vote is the finish the current "park and rec" projects before talking about anything further.

the "free refill" scam is that you have to purchase a $1 locker to store the cup while you are on certain rides. Six Flags is definatly a rip off these days with the $15 parking and nickel and dime mentality.

Front Loading Washing Machine Owners I Has Question
FreeBird replied to Constance's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Maybe once a year I run a load with bleach only. I always leave the door open. -
Personally, I would ask a roofer to do the job as the transition from the shingles over the flashing of the vent is the most important thing. I will send you the name/number of a handyman that I know that lives in my neighborhood. He does good remodeling work and finishing of basements, and I think he would be happy to do this for you.

a roofer should be able to do it. Hopefully you already have power that is easily accessible.

Right, you make an offer and sign a contract continent on the findings of your inspector.

I think I first met Ridge Road Retiree and Iko in the fall of 2004 along with a few others when we had a E911 center tour. -
I have a friend that works for Cobb Water and here is his response: The local health department will conduct a bacteriological test on a private water supply well at no cost. Sometimes, depending on the location (usually a more rural area), a local water utility will provide a more extensive water test in their lab as a courtesy or for a nominal fee. Water test kits can be purchased at Home Depot and other locations, that will check some of the more basic constituents. For the low pressure - maybe pump needs servicing/replacing. What type of service line goes to the house? If this is a

I think he had to resign from the Doraville council due to not living in the city any longer.

Jason did stop by my house and we spoke for a while. I do like the fact that his name is not one that you necessarily associate with Paulding county. I would say that he is the front-runner for my vote at this time. I did mention to him that he should become active on pcom.

Going in the summer - be sure to bring your arctic socks and lots of patience.

No Garmin has lifetime maps - the "T" models will have lifetime traffic -- if the city you are in participates (Atlanta does) then you can get up to date traffic info and avoidance built into the GPSr.

I have a garmin in vehicle unit (765T) and a Delorme PN-40 that I use for geocaching as well as in the vehicle. I like each model. Check newegg.com for good deal on refirb models.

Should Police and FF be required to stay in shape?
FreeBird replied to solosoul's topic in RECENT TOPICS
I know that if I was in one of those professions, I would want to be in top shape to be able to perform in whatever situation might arise. It would be nice to have merit based pay for the top performers on athletic skills tests. I do recall a stink in the fire department a few years ago where the they had to remove the weight training equipment. I guess the guys really have no way to exercise while on duty during their 24 hr shift besides sit-up, push-ups and simple things like that. -

What about reading street signs while driving? Shouldn't the law be modified to take care of that? How about all the reading that I have an opportunity to do with the advertisement media as I travel down the road? No signs should be readable from any roadway if we really want to curb reading while driving. Of course, if we are interested in saving lives, then we should just ban the automobile.

I think it should be personal choice. Just like wearing a motorcycle helmet. If statistics say you have a higher chance of being in an accident should you decide to text, then you should have the option to purchase that rider as an addition to you insurance coverage. People only understand what hits them in the pocketbook.

I favorite are Serengeti - their photochromic lens is great I also wear Oakley.
