I have not dealt with it, but I would try a wide spectrum antibiotic in your quarantine tank. I would also look at the overall health of your pond. You may have too large of a bio-load for your current filtration. Can you increase aeration? Do you have access to RO or DI water? I am not a pond person, but if this was in a large tank, I would start with daily 20-25% water changes for several days.

I got a phone call from former Sheriff Harris regarding the issue yesterday.

I think the issue is that people had to purchase a 2 year contract to get the phone. After the two-year contract expires, the customer still has to stay with AT&T to continue using their instrument since it has a 5 year lock/contract between Apple and AT&T.
