How do you know the candidate has not been the example of honest since falling and making poor choices in 1998? You have to extend grace sooner or later. None of us are perfect. I really don't know anything about the candidate, but I do know that we have to fogive and move on sooner or later or we become bitter old men. Just look in the mirror.

Actually, $75 for fire protection is a pretty good deal. I am currently pay $200/year.

what is with all the registered trademaks? -
Poor choice - they guy thought he was protected without paying but he made a poor gamble. Now he will suffer the consequences of poor choices.

I don't think it is limited - you just pay a premium to be a heavy user. Seems to go along with many pay-for-service companies.

I have office 2000 premium that has publisher 2000 included.

As someone that "works from home" I have never used more than 17GB in a month. It is hard to imagine using more unless there is porn involved.

I heard it was something about improvements in the area.

Question about ad on TV about more Trauma Hospitals
FreeBird replied to Mrs. Jack Russell's topic in RECENT TOPICS
There is one level 1 trauma hospital (Grady) in our area. While we are a short flight from another level 1 center - Erlanger in Chattanooga it goes to show you that our state needs some help. In Tennessee Erlanger is one of 6 L1 centers. On Wednesday I was riding with a friend who is a state house rep helping put out campaign signs. In the language of this bill it says "certain motor vehicle registrations." I asked him to define this because I don't like the vagueness of it. He said most likely farm equipment and seniors will be exempt. We don't care much about medical care until it is -
I have no control over an increased millage rate. I do have control over where I shop. SPLOST is the best answer as it spreads the tax burden to all shoppers in Paulding especially the ones that pay no taxes and send their income south of the border..

yes - that was the end of season 2. Thanks for letting me know that I did not miss anything.

I am wondering if anyone watched season 2's last episode on Tuesday night. I recorded it, but the DVR cut off the last bit. As the colonists are approaching their new home in the bayou an angry mob meets them - then what?
-
Tax burden on homeowner or on everyone that spends in Paulding? I like the wide spread tax base with the SPLOST option.

5-0 radio allows you to listen to historical calls or only current transmissions?
-
The only one that I know of in that area is "LBC" which I have found. It is not near any entrance.

thanks for the heads-up - I didn't even realize a new one had started. I'll catch the online version.

Mr. Avery, I found where you were quoted as saying "Paulding County has had representation that has worked for themselves and the corrupt developers, while our education system goes down the tubes, budgets are slashed, and small businesses are struggling to remain afloat." Note that I have not dog in this fight. Do you have any proof of previous representatives doing any illegal activities with "corrupt developers?" Where do you see the failings of the educational system? How would you fix it?
-
Mr. Avery, if you had been in office what would your proposal have been to help with the budget issues?

Sure - if you have done your home work and know the 3rd party service has a unit that is stationed closer to your home. I learned the hard way that having Clark coming to my home from 18 miles away takes too long when you have a child that is having trouble breathing.
-
Any new outfit will only be doing transports and stuff like that since Clark has the EMS zone. Occasionally I've heard Premier or Puckett being called out to back up Clark when they are all busy. If you need EMS you can always request a 2nd party service to respond instead of Clark.
